Very spacious and very clean and big pool

I literally loved everything about this house very spacious everything was clean loved the pool and the hot tub also the host was very nice and welcoming I definitely recommend this stay quiet neighborhood and just overall the best stay I have ever had

Great experience but the house was missing some necessity soap, paper towels, the bedrooms didn’t feel as clean or fresh.

I’m sorry you were not fully satisfied, however, you were notified at check in during the walkthrough, all you had to do was request anything you needed and it would have been provided 24/7 service.

Amazing property

The property manager was super friendly! Helped us if we need anything, we all had a great time and loved everything the house had to offer! Pool was great very nice and warm and loved the jacuzzi! The beds are nice and cozy and the place has great air conditioning! Will come again.

House Pool Party Success!

Pool was bigger than the photos showed, plenty of space and the indoor aspect added a lot of privacy. A lot of dining space with the parlor space next to the dinning room and plenty of clean counter space in the kitchen too! I was able to utilize the smaller bedroom as a media/chill room for friends to hangout in, and there was plenty of seating with the sofa too. Space was easy to decorate and accent!

Stay with Samantha was awesome!

Samantha was so great with communication. She was available 24/7 for any questions and concerns I had and responded so promptly. The property was great! Checkin went smoothly and the pool was amazing. I had a great stay and will DEFINITELY RETURN in the future!!

When I first got to the BNB I was greeted so nicely at the door and was giving a tour of the house. I must admit the house is BEAUTIFUL in person , very spacey. The pool area was definitely my favorite part of the house. But my overall experience was amazing I’ll definitely be booking again. She’s so welcoming & definitely will make you feel comfortable during your stay because communication skills is a 10/10.

Fantastic stay for a pool party!

I hosted my birthday party at this location and it was perfect! The pool was great to lounge around the shallower end and the deep end was a lot deeper than we expected so it was fun to use the diving board. As its an indoor pool in the Houston summer it was quite humid in that room when we first arrived but it was okay after a couple of hours with the room's fan on. There were plenty of provided amenities to keep guests entertained outside of the pool such as the pool table, karaoke mics, chess, piano, and guitar. The interior was stylish and the beds and couches were clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and helped answer all of our questions at check-in about the pool and jacuzzi controls. We had a blast and I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to host a gathering or just enjoy a night of fun with friends!

Good property manager but not the best property

The good:-property manager was very communicative and willing to fix things and offer solutions-communication and responses were quick-was very open about why something was wrong-The pool was large and nice The bad:-Property was not cleaned with issues like: -Toilet had urine on it -Floors needing to be swept -Carpets not vacuumed -Dirt buildup under furniture. -Fridge had a slime that soiled cardboard-Building had damage such as: -Carpet at bedroom doorway had exposing nails -House’s only toilet’s seat was extremely loose -Side doors were hard to close. -New floor tile was set on top of old creating a lip -We tripped several times on new tile lip-Furniture was damaged or incorrect -Living room TV was broken -Hot tub filter needing to be replaced -Beds were just mattresses on frame that need a box frame in between - 2nd bedroom was listed a queen but was a twin bed on a frame and a twin futon couch.In the end all of the issues are fixable and the property manager explained they are having issues with the current maintenance crew. If the maintenance crews steps up/is replaced the property will be a solid find.

Sir I’m sorry your experience was 2 star. I told you before you checked in to inspect the property at check in and we would send the cleaning crew out to fix any issues 24/7. Not sure why none of this was communicated to us during your 3 days there unless you were upset about the non refund policy after using the pool. The bedrooms are fully pictured with the correct furniture. One bedroom has a queen, the other has twin and small couch.

Booked for bliss, destined for disaster

Home was beautiful and modest in the pictures. Our family has traveled all over the country and never had an experience such as this. Vacations are supposed to be for family. I expressed, through text, that our family values privacy and asked how we can make that happen. Not only was our privacy violated, we were embarrassed and not compensated for the interruption. The home possesses many safety hazards such as exposed nails in carpet. Either termites are eating the couch legs or they are wearing away as there was sawdust present under the couch. Several of the stools in the house are either broken or very wobbly. The refrigerator had expired food in it and there was food on top of the fridge as well as the doors were extremely nasty, not even wiped down. The cabinets are falling apart and look as if they are infested with roaches. I did not see any bugs even though they informed me to keep an eye out for them. The pool was extremely deep with no indication of how deep it is. The pool room was covered in mold and mildew. I compared the pictures online with the pictures I took and it looks as if the room was left unmaintained for several years. The bathroom had broken fingernails behind the toliet and had rust dirt all around the base that could have been swept and mopped. Highlights of Home: The pool was awesome! Luckily, we all can swim and enjoyed the deep end. The HVAC unit works perfectly. The location is close to plenty of stores and restaurants.

You stayed at the property 4 days, clogged up the pool lines because for those 4 days you and your family refused to shower before entering the pool. The water was filthy. You were upset we had to maintenance the pool and got mad because you wanted a full refund and was denied. Scammers. We did a full walk through of the property when you arrived and everything was perfect for you. You left my house a total mess. Garbage literally everywhere including the bed and fridge and floors. Everything in your review is a lie. I have had no complaints before you.

You were at the property for 3 hours, used the pool, and then demanded a refund. In exchange for a good review. You refused to allow us to send the cleaning company to fix the crumbs under the microwave you claimed you found.
