While this home has a storied place in the neighborhood, it has been reimagined for the modern traveler, offering an "Instagram-ready" aesthetic that perfectly captures the island's effortless coastal vibe. Whether you're planning a multi-generational family vacation, a getaway with friends, or just some time alone, this home is designed for those who appreciate both comfort and convenience.
The interior flows beautifully with an open-concept layout, featuring two distinct seating arrangements that allow your group to spread out without feeling disconnected. The massive, fully-equipped kitchen serves as the heart of the home, complete with modern appliances and a spacious breakfast bar—ideal for a quick morning latte before hitting the beach or an elaborate seafood dinner after a day of exploring. Its wrap around porch (part screened in and part open) invites you for a long read, relaxing on its porch swing, or coffee and conversation.
Rest and privacy are prioritized across the five spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The layout is thoughtfully split, with two serene bedrooms on the main floor (a king and a queen), two additional retreats upstairs (a king and a queen with an additional pull-out sofa bed), and a children's room with a twin bunk bed. To ensure everyone can unwind on their own terms, four of the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, making it easy to catch up on your favorite shows after a day in the sun.
When you aren't out exploring, the gathering areas provide plenty of entertainment for the kids and the "kids at heart” with a mini game table with foosball, hockey, mini-billiards and ping-pong ready for some friendly competition. In the side yard you can sit on a separate deck, enjoy corn hole, and BBQ. For those who prefer to be even more active outdoors, toss a frisbee in the park or enjoy the tennis and pickleball courts at Mallery Park just steps away.
