A little over 12 miles from shopping and services in Belfair and close to hiking trails, ORV riding trails and handful of great trout lakes.

The property:

Inside, the main floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. The attic has 2 twin beds. As seen in the pictures, there are small working spaces, storage shelves, vanity with mirror, 2 TVs, and a play area among these rooms. Both bathrooms have a shower while the downstairs also includes a bathtub. The living room features large windows that allow natural light to beam into the space. There is a 50” TV placed on an electric fireplace along with board games and a Blu-Ray disc player. Feel free to bring your favorite movies to watch. There are also Chromecast and Roku connected with the internet!

The kitchen is furnished with new stainless-steel appliances - fridge/freezer, oven range, microwave and other cooking basics ready for you to make delicious meals while enjoying breathtaking views of the canal. Other small appliances include Instant pot, rice cooker, waffle maker, coffee maker, countertop oven, toaster, blender and electric kettle. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen counter with waterfront view or the dining table where you’ll find yourself at a front row seat to any games found at the 2-in-1 pool and air hockey table. Also, there is a cornhole game set underneath the pool table! Lastly, when you’re in the mood, upstairs has a keyboard and a guitar for your entertainment.

Outside, the house features a covered patio and a multi-level deck with plenty of space for activities, lounging, and late-night fire pit fun. The upper deck overlooks the entire house besides a beautiful garden. The spacious lower deck includes a dining table for outdoor gatherings, comfy lounge chairs under a shaded roof, bench seating lining the deck railings, and an area for grilling the countless oysters and clams you will harvest. The fire pit will light up the night and provide the best area for s'mores-making.

It wouldn't be a beach getaway without taking a dip into the cool waters during Summer. Feel free to use our water equipment to enhance your experience without any additional charges. We offer 1 child paddle board, 2 adult paddle boards, 1 single kayak, 1 double kayak, and a four-person paddle boat. All paddles and life vests are provided for guest use. While you're on your water adventures, you will notice the floating dock, an elevated platform where you can safely dive and jump from during high tide. After you're done, you can take a quick rinse with the outdoor shower (hot and cold water) located next to the steps leading down to the beach.

Other details to note:

• There are 24 stair steps from the road down to the front door and an additional 12 steps down to the deck. People with accessibility needs should consider this before renting the property.
• The 8 indoor stairs are a bit steep, please walk with caution.
• The ceiling of the attic is only 5 ft. high and is accessed by a pulldown ladder. Young children should be supervised while climbing.
• The ceiling of the lower floor is about 7 ft. high.
• This house doesn't have a dish washer. Please wash your dishes.
• To flip the pool table, open the 4 latches on the sides to unlock it. The board will freely rotate and can be flipped 180° to expose the air hockey side.
• The indoor electric fireplace is controlled with a small remote and can also generate heat.
• The TV downstair has Chromecast (INPUT 1) and Roku (INPUT 2).
• There is a patio umbrella (put behind the lounge chairs) for the outdoor dining table. Please do not use it when windy. Do fold it down after use daily for safety reasons.
• If you use the provided water equipment, you are liable for any and all damages.
• The water is mostly calm, however, it is your own risk when entering the water. You can check the tide times for Lynch Cove Dock.
• Oysters are sharp! While you are enjoying your time on the beach, please wear protective footwear to prevent injuries.
• First Aid and Emergency kits are located at the bottom shelf near the pool table.

Additional rules:

- Please remove your shoes upon entry. You can use indoor slides provided.
- No smoking. A minimum of $300 will be applied for additional cleaning.
- No pets. A minimum of $300 will be applied for additional cleaning.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- The maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced. Any guest over the maximum occupancy will result in a $200 fine per person, per night.
- Maximum 3 vehicles can be parked in the parking lot across the street.
