Your Aptos adventure begins at this soothing studio room . Nestled in a nice neighborhood, our property offers a pleasant stay for guests. The cozy studio features a queen bed and a twin folding cot bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for small groups or families. With amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, a fan for hot weather
and heating, we've got you covered. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer
and a refreshing shower. Whether you're
exploring the nearby attractions or simply
unwinding in the peaceful ambiance, our
place is the perfect base for your stay.
Enjoy all that Aptos has to offer when you
stay at our place. There is a small sitting
area outside of the room with a peak of
the ocean. There is a small kitchenette off the room with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster , small stove top and full size
refrigerator for your cooking pleasure.
Enjoy Aptos and what our town has to offer. Nisene has great trails for hiking and walking pleasures. Just a short distance from the house. Enjoy an abundance of restaurants to dine in or get to go. Aptos Center is. 4 miles walking distance and offers coffee shop Pacific Coffee, Companion Bakery, restaurants, Aptos Natural, and wonderful little shops such as Outside Inn. Seacliff Beach is approximately 1 mile walking distance from the house.

Julie was welcoming as we arrived. The studio is adorable! Lovely decor. Generously equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable, firm bed. Nice location, tucked away from the bustle of town. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! Arriving in the evening, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who went above and beyond to provide clear directions, making our check-in seamless. The location is perfect—central and convenient for exploring the area. The outdoor space was a highlight, offering a comfortable and quiet spot ideal for my virtual business meeting. The place was more spacious than expected from the ad. There is a separate kitchen, which had everything we needed, and a generous supply of food items. The location was perfectly situated with just a short drive to beaches and the gorgeous Nisene Marks Forest. Shopping and ample restaurants are nearby. The family lives upstairs and there was hardly any noticeable noise. We had all the privacy we needed. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Charming is right! Julie's studio is delightful and made the perfect base for my exploration of Santa Cruz County and Monterey Bay. The location is Heavenly, with resident hummingbirds and butterflies and views out over the water, and everything I could have wanted was provided, down to a caraffe of filtered water in the fridge. Julie is an extremely giving and generous host and her love of the area is infectious. I have nothing but good things to say, I definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance!

I was in Aptos for 7 nights (Sunday afternoon through Sunday morning), and enjoyed staying here. I appreciated having a fully functional kitchen and stable wifi, which made it easy to meet my work needs (half days in US/Eastern mornings) while allowing me to maximize my visiting time with elderly relatives in the area. Great location, if a little difficult to find the first time.

Amazing atmosphere and very kind hosts, one thing to note, and honestly wasn’t too big of a deal but if you’re planning on sleeping in, there are kids and you are below them so it can get a little loud in the mornings; which is not a big deal at all because it is pretty clearly communicated, it just is something to note; they are very accommodating as well, overall a wonderful experience and will most likely be back

It was just what we needed, and more. It was very convenient for visiting our family. Although we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was very comfortable and well stocked. Check-in was easy and the wi-fi worked fine. Aptos is a lovely community. We would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits.

Great location and host!

We stayed in Julie’s studio over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect location for heading out to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the close beach, and Santa Cruz. They had a cot available for my daughter though she did end up in the bed with us. Julie is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! It was the perfect place and size for us for our trip.

Julie is an amazing host, she is so kind and made us feel very pampered and taken care of. The studio is absolutely lovely! This place is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed by Julie to feel as comfortable as home. My daughter and I stayed for two nights to attend a wedding and shared the very comfortable full-size bed. The sheets, pillows, and towels were high quality and spotless. The full-size kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, with water, sodas, and fruit provided, along with ample kitchen and bath towels. The body wash was also high quality. I highly recommend this place!

Hello my name is Julie. I was born and raised in Santa Cruz County. I've lived in Aptos for 5 years. I have 2 children ages 9 and 11. I was a stay at home mom, as of last year, that homeschools my 11 year old.
I volunteer taught 2 Art classes grade k- 8th grades. I also taught a cooking / baking class at AFE homeschool program. I love crafting and painting on free time and do craft fairs during the year. I love people so hosting is enjoyable. I'd love to host your next stay.

Aptos is a safe and beautiful community. We had the opportunity to move next door to my children's grandparents so family is very important to me. We love living here. The neighborhood is quite and safe!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is off the street so it's tucked up driveway so you feel real safe. There's no crime in our neighborhood. Our studio room is clean and quite. There are local markets within .4 miles of property. Our neighborhood is 1 mile from Nisene Forest which has wonderful hiking trails or bike riding. The beaches are within 1 mile walking distance as well. Aptos is a quaint little town with a lot of restaurants or little shops. Every Saturday morning Cabrillo College has a farmers market 1 Mile distance to our property.
