This brand newly renovated 1bedroom apartment is perfect for traveling professionals working in the Wilmington/Newark area. This 560 sq ft apartment is conveniently located near many major travel routes..95, 141, rt 1, halfway between the city of Wilmington and Newark.
The Space:
This unit is a rear addition of a single family home with a private entrance off the back deck. There is an open concept living space with a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, gas range, pantry, over the range microwave, breakfast bar seating and bright LED lighting. The living room has a leather couch, 55 in smart TV and wood burning fireplace. The full bathroom with shower is located right next to the bedroom with queen bed, 32 in smart TV.
Guest Access:
There is a driveway with up to 2 spaces. The driveway is shared with the front house and there is also parking on the street. You will need a car to navigate from this location.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is safe and very central to 95, 141, rt and Kirkwood Hwy.
Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this apartment is located on a fairly busy road in a suburban neighborhood and care must be taken entering and exiting the driveway or vehicle parked on the street.
We do allow dogs at this property and we have a non refundable pet fee of $250 for two dogs per stay.

We are local and can respond to emergencies quickly.
