Nice Condo Needed To Be Cleaned

We arrived to find the condo dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned. There was hair all over both bathrooms and dirty sinks and toilets. There were old, used bars of soap on the sinks, tub and shower, and a dirty fingernail cleaning brush on the counter. The kitchen had food droppings on the counters and stove. There was a dirty washcloth in the sink. All the counters needed to be washed, and all the floors needed to be swept and vacuumed. We called the owner, and she arranged for a cleaner to come the next day for 2 hours. This took care of the basic cleaning but caused us to have to change our plans for that day. The condo really needs thorough cleaning including cleaning all vents and fans. Dust particles fall from the bathroom fans. The front doorknob also was very loose and fell off the first day. I’m not sure the owner understands what is needed to rent to the public.

Fun in the sun.

The pool was right out our back door which was so nice. I wish there were instructions for using the TV, very challenging. A few things I would suggest because we did cook. There was only a very small skillet so a larger one is needed. A whisk and a square metal pan would have helped . I borrowed stuff from my brother. To me these are basic. Our air conditioning wasn’t working the last 4 days but we were able to use fans and open doors at night. Luckily it wasn’t real hot like it could have been. Would stay here again. Very conveniently located in a lovely community.

Mesa Gem

The perfect home away from home for our first visit to Mesa! The condo was in a great location for easy navigation to the attractions we wanted to visit, and felt extremely safe within the gated community. It was spacious, well kept and equipped with everything we needed, included a barbecue on the private patio. We enjoyed our daily visits to the wonderfully warm pool, chatting with other friendly residents. We would absolutely recommend the condo and consider staying there again.

This condo is in the perfect location close to Apache Junction, Gilbert, and Mesa and all of the best restaurants and shopping. This 2 bed 2 bath condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Great communication with host ! Check in was a breeze. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Very friendly neighbors too. Needed to communicate with host on a couple of things and she was very attentive ! Would stay there again .

TENDER LOVE AND CARE

When we first arrived, the unit didn't look like it had been cleaned. We contacted the Host (owner) and she immediately responded by having a cleaning lady show up the next am and cleaned for 2+ hours, which we much appreciated. Here are some issues that should be looked after to make this unit more comfortable. 1. The towel racks and toilet paper holder in the master BR were loose (almost falling off), so I purchased a screwdriver and tightened all 3 of them. 2. The water in the back shower never did get hot. 3. There appears to be a leak at the hot water tank in the kitchen. 4. Dishwasher took nearly 2 hours to do a load and the w/d took over 1 hour to do a single load. 5. No dressers in either bedroom. 6 All windows need a good cleaning. 7.Safety bar in the front bathroom is so high we could hardly reach it. 8. Verticles need to be either cleaned and/or replaced - very difficult to open/close. 9. The unit needs a thorough cleaning - some tender love and care!

Convenient and comfortable townhouse

We came to the area for an event being held nearby. This lodging was only a short drive away and is in a gated active-senior living community. We felt safe and secure there. All of the amenities, including grocery stores and restaurants, are nearby. I appreciated the 12-cup coffee maker versus the K-cup type of coffee maker and the good ice-maker in the freezer! The covered parking was also much appreciated as the highs were around 105 every day we were there.

I Live in Chicago, but my heart belongs to Arizona. I started out renting for the winter and then fell in love with this condo. I bought it in May 2024, remodeled it and had it furnished. Everything is new! I decided to rent it out when I'm not using it, but plan on moving to AZ permanently in the future.

I love the 55 plus community. You can choose to get involved in activities or just enjoy the peace and quiet. I always feel safe and secure in Fountain of the sun.

I consider my property unique because of the high security level. Also, it is located in a beautiful area, The grounds are well taken care of as are the community areas.
