Everything was great, home was in a great location not too far from a smaller shopping center to grab any necessities. One bedroom was missing a remote to the ceiling fan, and the washer was out of order. Luckily we packed a little extra. But other than that, great stay. Would definitely book again on a routine trip

Clean home. Very nice shower. Nice neighborhood. Limited space for mingling. No kitchen table and only 2 barstools at a bar. Perfect for just 2 people. We had 7 & made it work but would’ve loved more space for sitting and eating for 7 people.

The house was a nice house in a great safe location. The communication with access instructions was great. The couch, beds, and other furniture were definitely budget friendly and did not compliment the home. The home was definitely below average on being clean. The bath linens smelt soured, the bed linens had hair and well worn out, the bathroom trash can was beyond nasty, and the fridge had leftover food from past guest. We needed a washer but it had a note on it that it was out of service.

Girls' trip

Good location and nice house, but it is lacking some basic essentials like kitchenware, a table and chairs, and extra towels in the bathrooms. Cleanliness was subpar in some areas, as well.

Everything was perfect! Great location, minutes away from Walmart and restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable in the quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The rooms were a good nice and spacious, beds very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The host quickly responded when contacted. The rainfall shower was my favorite feature.We will be booking again.

Only thing that I wish they had was a table and chairs. When eating with 4 people only 2 had seats. Suggestion would be buy a card table with 4 chairs. That way you can store in laundry room or garage and people can get it out when they need it.

No trash bags, no toilet paper available, fridge wasn’t cleaned out from previous occupants, smoke detectors went off at 2:00 am & 6:00 am because the batteries needed to be replaced, & sheets were dirty. Never heard back from the property owner on any of these matters. Very disappointing as this house was beautiful!
No toilet paper available.
Light cover missing so light didn’t work.
No trash bags available for trash cans.
Freezer not cleaned out.

You can not go wrong with this house

I rented this house because it was a great deal and close to where my son was getting married. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was good size and had a lot of counter space (which we used while assembling goodie bags). People that flew in early or had later flights, were able to wait with us. The only issue I found was the driveway which we were warned about. All our questions were answered immediately before and during our trip. I would recommend this to all my family and friends.

Bad host! Did not stay, expecting a refund due to house being dirty, even after they called the cleaners all they did was use the same sheets from prior guests to the make beds, I have before and after pictures with the stains still on the same beds, and was told that 1 and a half hours was not enough time to wash sheets so they refunded 80 for not being able to check in after 7 and was told to go buy my own sheets for 4 beds with the refund. Also washer and dryer was not working because I attempted to wash the sheets. So I told host I would not stay if he wouldn’t put clean sheets on the bed. We drove 11 hours to see family in the Air Force and I’m so sad to see how the host would treat a disabled Army veteran.

Bowling Trip

The house was clean and neat and easily accessible. From a woman’s perspective, I would like to have seen some hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels/hand towels on. We always play Farkle when we travel, which is a dice game, and a coffee table would have been helpful in that respect. We moved a footstool out of one of the bedrooms to place in front of the sofa to play. It worked, so the coffee table is just a suggestion. There were no plates in the kitchen and very few eating utensils. I am not nitpicking, just some things I noticed. The coffee pot was tricky, and the first morning we had a heck of a time with it. Two of the ladies with us are always cold, so a couple of fuzzy throws would have been nice to have to cover up with while watching tv. The checkin was seamless, and the communication with the owner was awesome. All in all, it was a good stay! The home is beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice. We felt safe!! The driveway is super sloped, but that was reported in the check in instructions. We had no trouble with it. The trash cans (2) outside the house were almost completely full, and pretty smelly.

We had smoke detectors wake us at 4:45am on the first day-the owner resonse was to Doordash batteries will we were in our all-day training. The next night a second smoke detector woke us at 2am. We replaced the battery, but both mights did not rest well. Disappointed that we were asked to perform home maintenance after a long drive and a full day of training. Also, the kitchen was not set up for even minimum eat in - no dishes, 4 spoons/1 fork/1 butter knife. The house was roomy and clean, but there was a lack of attention to hosting.
