Great place, great location!

Cozy home and the best location for venturing out! The neighborhood is so walkable and there is a ton to do within a mile of the home - made getting to know Chattanooga so fun and easy!

Spacious, great location

We were in Chattanooga for the IRONMAN race. This was a perfect location, close to the venue with plenty of room for 6 adults and all our gear. The house is new with everything we needed & the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend this property for groups & families

Our favorite location in Chattanooga

This is fairly new home, the property is well stocked (kitchen / towels, paper towels, etc) and it's convenient to many popular restaurants / bars on Chattanooga's Southside. And, a short walk to the free shuttle should you wish to see more of Chattanooga. Our second stay in this home and we'll be back!

Excellent accommodations

We went to Chattanooga for the Ironman and the accommodations were just perfect for our needs....the house was fully equipped for us and the location was ideal to the race venue as well as restaurants and stores.....Two thumbs up!!!!

Excellent house,plenty of room so spacious. Centrally located . Parking could be better! The master bedroom shower could use grab bars!

Perfect Location

I will be renting this condo again when I come back to Chattanooga. It is clean, and cute, and in the perfect location. It feels like home away from home!! You can walk to one of the many great restaurants to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are plenty of cute little shops, art galleries, breweries, and many other things to see as you explore.

Newer home, nicely furnished and convenient to Southside attractions

Very positive. Chattanooga is a great destination, pedestrian and bike friendly, great local beers and restaurants. My wife and I have been driving up from Bham for 25+ years; Chattanooga continues to improve!

Very nice house in a great location

The accommodations were very nice and comfortably fit six of us. The owners were very responsive when my Father-in-law could not figure out the bedroom TV. The house is located in an area with a cool vibe. The area is being revitalized with restaurants and an entertainment district within walking distance. Overall a great choice.

Excellent Location & Nice New Home - perfect for quiet weekend away & exploring Chattanooga

Wife and I met another couple in Chattanooga for a weekend away from our kids. This was a great location. New Home, clean and well stocked, exactly as advertised. Owners were very responsive for any questions and very easy to work with. It was perfect for walking in the downtown area (Southern-most stop of the free electric shuttle is about 4/10ths of a mile away) and exploring what was around (Chatt Choo Choo, ice skating, restaurants, etc). Also went to the Escape Experience (8 min walk) and had a blast. Would highly recommend this house and Chattanooga as a fun town to vacation.

Beautiful home and fantastic location

We were in town for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. The house was located perfectly just a few minutes and a really easy drive to downtown. I've stayed in several VRBO homes in the past and Karen has stocked this kitchen better than any other place I've been. Everything you need and more is there to be able to prepare meals at home. Of course we also took advantage of some of the great restaurants nearby. The beds and linens were really comfortable and there was plenty of room for the three of us and all our gear. Check in and out was really easy and Karen literally responded within minutes when I had questions before our stay. I'd highly recommend this home for anyone planning a visit to Chattanooga.

A comfortable, centrally located home for six in Chattanooga

Our family of six adults, three couples, were quite comfortable in this home for a week while we explored Chattanooga. We enjoyed watching the World Cup on the large-screen TV. We all loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels and linens were provided. We found good restaurants within walking distance. We were happy to be able to park our two cars on the street in front of the house. Among the attractions we enjoyed were the Inclined Railway up Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, The Southern Belle Riverboat for viewing the fireworks, the Tennessee Aquarium, and the sculpture park. We would happily stay here again.
