This home was custom designed with vacation living in mind with spacious open concept living and all new furniture. The open plan living and kitchen space is perfect for a quiet night in or an evening of gourmet cooking. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed with everything that the chef would need. The modern beverage bar area has a beverage refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages cold and is conveniently located for entertainment. The dining areas include a large dining table for 8 and additional 6 stools on the vast kitchen island.

There are two living spaces to give guests their own areas to relax with comfortable furniture and large screen Smart TVs. Tucked away is a built in desk for those that need space to work from home. Of course, the home is equipped with WiFi.

Open the brand new slider doors to a private screened in porch where you can relax or dine outside. Beyond the porch is a beautiful private in ground pool with lovely views of the water with over100 footage on the water. Ideal if you want to dock your boat or paddle board down the canal.

This 3-bedroom house has new mattresses and bedding with flat screen TVs in each room. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this pleasant property provides cool and beautiful space for guests to enjoy. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ample storage and an en suite bathroom with a large double head shower for two. The second bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the two guest bedrooms containing queen beds in each. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers and double sink vanity for your convenience and includes towels.

The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. In the garage there are bikes for when you want to explore the island and beach chairs and umbrella for when you visit the white sandy beach.

Since the property is fully updated with all new furniture, the owners reserve the right to screen the renters prior to accepting a rental agreement. We want renters to respect our home as we do.

Minimum Age Requirement by Owner: 25 years or older to rent property and must provide ID upon check in.

Due to safety concerns with open water canal and pools we prefer that the renters do not bring children under the age of 12.
