Another Great Stay in Crowne Pointe Naples Fl

We had another amazing vacation at this beautiful home on Maybre Dr. Just like last year at the house on Lockwood Ct, everything was perfect for a relaxing and fun stay. The house is spacious and well-maintained, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool. Each room has its own TV—including one outside in the pool area, which we really enjoyed. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation: beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, bikes, and more. Everything was clean when we arrived—except for the grill, but after a quick WhatsApp message to Tammy, three ladies came by and cleaned it right away. The toaster and microwave weren’t working at first, but again, one short message to Tammy was all it took—both appliances were replaced with new ones almost immediately. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here once again, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon. A big thank you to Tammy for her kindness and quick support!

Beautiful & Relaxing!

We grilled, we swam, we cooked, we played cards on the patio in a quiet neighborhood within close driving distance of our favorite spots in Naples. Great family time visiting our daughter and her husband who live there. Would stay again!

Wonderful time at Crown Pointe!

My family of 5, all adults, had an awesome experience at this property. House had all the amenities, spent a lot of time by the pool with good sun in the backyard. Patio area comfort made time away from the sun nice to eat outside or watch the outdoor TV. Clubhouse gym was suitable with treadmills and some free weights. Tennis court and pickleball across from the gym. Great location for the beaches, restaurants and shopping in Naples; Fort Myers a short drive away; overall it was a great week!

Bugs on vacation

This home is aging and needs upkeep attention. When we walked in, we quickly noticed the ant traps on the kitchen counters, in the kitchen cabinets, under the beds in the twin bedroom, etc. We found roach traps under the sink and in the closet by the kitchen garbage can. This should’ve been enough of a red flag for us to find another house, but we trusted and stayed. By the 5th day, we had ants everywhere in the bedroom and discovered two dead roaches. We were advised that pest control was working and it was common for Florida, but pest control was sent out to us. We waited all day for him to arrive at the house, so one entire day was wasted waiting on him. By day 7, it was a complete infestation of ants and we had to switch houses. Our trip was greatly impacted by this misleading home. While the property manager was doing her best to communicate and help, the owners should not be renting their home until they fix their bug problems. They need to get to the root of the problem. Until then, I wouldn’t want someone else’s vacation impacted like ours was.

Great home in a great location

Our family of 4 (plus Chihuahua) really enjoyed our stay in Crown Pointe! First of all, the house has been renovated on the inside and is adorable—-it looks like something on HGTV! Tammy even put up a Christmas tree for us to make us feel more at home during our stay over the holidays. The home was clean and had all of the supplies we needed in the kitchen. The outside pool area was wonderful and we loved watching the rotating tv from so many areas outside. We loved using the two bikes…our teenagers went for rides, and my husband and I would ride them to happy hour. The community was wonderful, and we used the gym at the clubhouse and also the pickle ball courts (we brought our own racquets). The beach supplies were a great bonus too…it was nice to have towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to bring to the beach with us. Tammy was really fast to respond to a couple of minor issues we had and got them fixed quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would return if in the area again.

Hone is immaculately clean, the pool area is beautiful and wonderful for a family vacation! The master suite and bathroom are huge and nicely decorated with a massive walk-in closet. The perfect home rental for our family. Great location too! Very close to Tin City, Downtown,, and Botanical Gardens.

Great!

We loved our one month vacation stay in this house. Great location, accessible to great resturants, 10 min drive to Naples Pier Beach. Kids had an amazing time swimming and playing in the pool, my french bulldog loved how much space she had around the screened pool lanai. Adults also enjoyed the bikes they have available to use, and the bbq was a great addition. Great house and location. Thank you Tammy for being avilable to answer my questions.

Fantastic Get-Away Home

We stayed two weeks. It was exactly as advertised. Nice house, nice neighborhood. Great for morning walks. The lanai is perfect for hanging out and the pool is great. We would definitely rent there again.

Spacious Home for Family

My husband and I rented this home from 2/1-3/3, our first long term rental in Florida. We were very comfortable in this home. Even when our children and young grandchildren visited, we found plenty of room to spread out, especially with the large outdoor living area, where we spent most of our time. My 18 month old grandson slept in a full size crib in the large master closet. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, use of two new bikes and beach towels. Two new lounge chairs were delivered during our stay. We did find some issues that need to be repaired or updated, but it did not affect our stay. The property managers were responsive and took care of anything we asked of them.

AWESOME pool and house; 15 min. to beach; gorgeous inside; great neighborhood

My family and two dogs stayed here for a week to get a change of scenery during COVID. We worked and attended school virtually while there and it was FABULOUS. The pool is heated and the deck is HUGE so my husband and I could both work there, one kid was attending virtual school with headphones, and my mom was reading a book - all on the deck! We ate out there every night and just loved that space. Pool is very large for a personal pool and we had plenty of room for the three kids (14, 12, 8) to play along with a parent. The inside of the house is gorgeous and immaculately clean. The master suite is huge with a closet big enough to be a nursery (in case you need to bring a pack n play). 15-20 minutes to the beach depending on which you pick. 10-15 to downtown Naples. Neighborhood is super cute, great paths/streets for running/walking/walking your dog, etc. We would recommend to anyone - great place!

Fun in the gulf

We Had an absolute blast! The pool was amazing! The house had a great layout and very spacious! And a very quiet, clean, peaceful neighborhood! Each day we went to a diff beach.....and althgh each beach had its own special things tht we loved......delnor Wiggins was our fave!

Restful Respite

This charming home was perfect in every way for our family of 4. Inside the home was exceptionally clean, the covered pool w/lanai was a welcome outdoor space for us to hang out, and the neighborhood allowed us to walk our dog safely without a ton of street traffic. All amenities we needed were at our fingertips, and the check-in process was seamless. It is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy.

Perfect place to get away right now

This home was terrific. We spent hours in and around the pool that’s accessible from floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors in every room along the back of the home. We were minutes from the beach. Great restaurants are nearby, too, offering takeout as well as safe dine-in options. We also cooked at the home a lot. The kitchen is roomy and we’ll-equipped, and the grill is convenient to the outdoor dining table. The interior of the home is recently updated providing comfort and convenience in every room. And we really appreciated that Tammy, who manages the property, was attentive and responsive without intruding at all. We wanted an opportunity to spend quiet time with our daughters post-graduations even with traveling made more challenging right now. This was the perfect place to do that.
