Disponible en Luxury Beach Rentals, la suite en el 7mo piso está frente al mar y ofrece vistas espectaculares del Atlántico azul. Este condominio cuenta con una cama grande y vistas al océano con su propio balcón privado frente al mar. El baño grande ofrece una encimera de granito y una gran ducha a ras de suelo con suelos de baldosas. El condominio tambi��n viene equipada con microondas y nevera pequeña, junto con un televisor de pantalla plana.

El complejo está situado en el corazón de la Grand Strand en una sección muy orientada a la familia de la playa. La sala de Cypress es un galardonado restaurante que sirve desayuno y cena todos los días con opciones de comida disponibles en el patio y en el bar de la piscina durante los meses de verano. Actividades en el sitio incluyen el complejo de piscinas interiores y exteriores, que incluye un río lento, tres piscinas, balnearios, piscina infantil, y las formaciones cascada / roca con vistas a la playa, así como un gimnasio y el césped de bronceado.

The place was very clean and had a beautiful view. I actually thought this was an apartment and not a hotel room. When the information speaks of a dishwasher and clothes washer, you tend to believe that the room is larger. We brought food to prepare and found two cups and a knife. This is not the host's fault; I must have not read into the information deep enough.

Delightful!

Everything about the accommodations was perfect. And Island Vista is second to none. I’ve stayed there for years and it’s the only place I will go. BUT….if I had to find one thing I’d like to see changed, it would be the fact that the carts to carry our luggage to and from the unit were not available.

Only had 1 roll of TP. Great Location. I also think a binder with Restaurant suggestions and great places to see would help from prior guests. So you don’t go somewhere that isn’t liked. Restaurant at resort was wonderful. Pools and outdoor entertainment was really nice to have. Staff at resort was very friendly and courteous. Definitely will be back if we can get a reservation for next year.

A stand alone among a few of the local homes that are well maintained all around you and no other hotels on either side of you. We were within 20 min. To Barefoot Landing, 10 min. To Broadway at the Beach, and 10 min. To MB Boardwalk by car. The resort was clean beautifully landscaped and managed very well. Plenty of covered onsite parking. Great pool area and right on the beach also well managed by the lifeguard. Had everything me and my wife wanted. We will be back again.

Reviewer Comments: Island Vista was nice, however, we were surprised when we got here that there was no washing machine and dryer (as stated in the rental agreement to put linens in front of) No dishwasher, coffee cups etc. There was a coffee pot and a toaster. The rental agreement was misleading for the amount of money that was spent. There was a bistro table and chair in the room but unsure as to why, no kitchenette. We made due and did enjoy the beach and the getaway. In the future we will contact a resort directly instead of going through someone online. Last question below would we recommend the property, yes, but to contact the resort directly. Best regards.

This particular unit only has a microwave, a mini fridge, and coffee maker, so it's really more of a lovely hotel room than a condo. We were a little early in the season so the restaurant was only open for breakfast. We arrived late in the evening to find the owners in residence next door with the adjoins door open! I don't believe the management company notified them we were arriving and we also did not have a parking pass or any information in the room. I called but never had a call back. Fortunately the front desk gave me a parking pass so I wouldn't be towed. This is an off-site rental so the front desk is not aware you are there. No problem, until a sales rep tried to come in while we were napping in order to give a tour to the five people she had in tow?? I asked the front desk if they could make a note that we were in residence, but they pretty much said we were on our own. Overall this was a beautiful place to stay and we felt fortunate to have found it, but I think there were some awkward moments that could have been avoided! I would still recommend this condo... just leave the privacy sign on the door.

It was just the right size for 2 people and it had everything we needed. The Island Vista Resort is a beautiful resort, close to everything and the amenities were great! Very nice pools and hot tubs. Booking the room was very easy and Robert at Luxury Beach Rentals, LLC was very professional. Check-in was easy, it was nice going straight to the room. The only recommendation I have is that the furniture on the balcony could use a good cleaning. We hope to come back to the Island Vista soon and I would definitely rent this condo again, if it's available.
