Usted se sentirá como en casa con su gran cocina abierta, TV de pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo, sala de estar y un balcón privado que da un montón de espacio para usted y sus invitados para disfrutar de sus vacaciones de Myrtle Beach. Este condominio de dos dormitorios tiene un rey cama en el maestro, junto con cuarto de baño completo, segundo dormitorio ofrece dos reinas, y la sala de estar hay un sofá cama tamaño queen.

El dunas de Carolina se encuentra en la sección prestigiosa Milla de Oro de Myrtle Beach, conocida por estar situado el centro de todas las atracciones en Myrtle Beach, tiendas, restaurantes, entretenimiento, a poca distancia de los dos restaurantes y un bar de Starbucks! The condo was very clean and had a beautiful ocean view. Nice big kitchen and well equipped for home made meals. Close to restaurants and entertainment! Easy access and parking! The beach was lovely.

We loved this property. It was safe, clean and in a central location so we could maximize our vacation. It was perfect for the two of us and felt so serene. No loud noises from neighbors, walkable distances for food. It would alos be great for a little family.

The condo is very nice. The humidity was high causing dampness if you go on the balcony and leaving the door crack. Overall, our stay was well received. Thanks for allowing my family to have a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully furnished, had a magnificent view, and was very spacious and clean. The beach in front of it is wonderful also. Overall we were very pleased. The only negative was we had some things that did not work, the worst being the front door lock became defective and had to be replaced while we waited outside for an hour and a half. But the response by maintenance was pretty quick.

Great getaway!

This is a great property-the rooms are very large and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The dishes and appliances were in great shape. The only “complaint” we had is that the floor needed to be swept but we just used the broom and took care of it. The balconies were closed for repairs but it didn’t bother us at all.

The Balcony and Hot Tub At This Property Is Closed

I was very disappointed to learn after I had booked that the balcony at this oceanfront resort was closed! It defeated our purpose of getting an oceanfront place! The customer service was terrible and they offered no discounts even though their outdoor space looked like a construction zone with everything roped off. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was not available. The apartment itself was clean and enjoyable however it felt like being in a box with no way to get fresh air. Overall I would not recommend renting this space until it is repaired. They also should disclose this upfront!!

Great Location

Very clean, great location. Because this condo is located in a smaller building, parking is close to building and elevators, plenty of carts available at elevator. The only complaint we have is check-in and check-out procedures and times. The condo was clean and ready long before they notified us, so we missed at least 1/2 day on the beach. (We were there and looked in the windows!) And, of course, at checkout, they want you to notify them if you leave early so they can get in early to clean.

Pool area was well maintained and surrounding areas. Only thing was one of our neighbors was smoking pot morning and night so that was a lot of what we smelled on balcony. Fall beach trip 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 main complaints are the Ac stopped working our 2nd night. Made the call and it was taken care of. I t took maintenance about 45 minutes to get to us. 2nd Pest control came and this was not the 4th Monday nor was it a Monday we did let them spray inconvenience we was getting ready to go out. 3rd complaint was the power was turned off to the whole complex without any notification it was going to off. I got a text after I called to enquirer on what was going on. Unfortunately for us we had started out laundry the first load was just put in the dryer when the power went off.After about 4 hours my husband took them to the laundromat to dry and the other 2 loads to wash and dry. Seeing that it was our last day and getting everything clean for the trip home. Spent money to do this that could’ve have been avoided. We looked at the clock when the power was turned off it was 8:45 am and didn’t get turned back on until 2:40 pm It was off almost 6 hours.
