Salga al balcón privado del frente del golfo y contemple el océano verde esmeralda, las playas de arena blanca y los delfines nadando. Todas nuestras dos habitaciones en el Islander Beach Resort cuentan con una cocina completa equipada con los principales electrodomésticos, platos, utensilios y utensilios de cocina para su comodidad. Una lavadora y secadora está amueblada en la unidad también.
Cuenta con pintura fresca, muebles nuevos, alfombras y un estilo que adorarás. Las vistas desde esta unidad son increíbles. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El sofá de la sala de estar es de tamaño queen. Best vacation!!

This was our first time to vacation with just our family and I was amazed at how easy it was to book everything and it was really easy to check in and all of the information we needed was sent to us so we could refer back to it at anytime! It was really easy, relaxing, and everything went smoothly!

Great location!

This property was very nice and clean. The location of the condo was close to the elevator and close to the pier to get to the beach. Several restaurants nearby that were very good. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the fan in the Master Bathroom (it was very loud) and replacing the laundry baskets that were broken.

Great Condo!

The condo was even nicer than pictured. Kitchen was well appointed. Balcony is amazing, as was the beautiful beach and pool. Only negative was king bed mattress could be upgraded 😴. Otherwise great unit.

We loved being close to everything and having a quiet place to relax at the same time. The views were amazing. Loved that it was oceanfront. It was clean and had everything guests would need if you chose to cook. We took our grandkids and they loved it as well. It’s great for couples or families. Check in was easy peasy. Will most likely stay here again.

Was in a great location. Was surprised by no salt/pepper or simple seasoning. Found multiple dirty dishes in cabinet. Bathroom in master, sink didnt drain and toilet sometimes didn't flush. When making out sofa bed there was trash in bed. Door going out bacalony Very dangerous and no handle on outside to help get back in.

The employees of both were a pleasure to deal with and Brooks and Shorey made sure we were all set when it came time to check in. The condo complete was nice and well maintained and easy beach access. The 2 chairs per condo were a treat and the beaches and water were pristine. The condos were all well stocked - especially 5008, they had everything from kitchenware to extra blankets. Only negative would be the sofa bed mattress it wasn't even comfortable for kids to sleep on. that needs to be changed if you are going to advertise sleeping capacity. Honestly an air mattress would have been better. Otherwise will definitely be back and use Brooks again!

It had old carpet that smelled so bad it was hard to stay in one of the rooms. This 1st day there I had to hide a large bathroom rug in the closet to try to help with the smell. It smelled like it had probably been peed on multiple times. The 2nd bedroom carpet was so bad I couldn’t enter the room without gagging. One of my girls had to sleep with us and the other on the sofa sleeper. The building was in a great location and we enjoyed the pool area and beach service. We would probably stay here again but definitely in a different unit. We booked last minute and now I understand why this unit was still available.

Great first Vrbo experience!

Condo was great for our first family vacay (mom, Dad, nine year-old). This place had plenty of space to stretch out when we had too much togetherness. We walked into a clean condo and we found it very user-friendly and available. You overlook the pool, and the ocean view is awesome. We utilized most of the amenities-there were lots of extra kitchen appliances if wr needed them. We cooked most nights or warmed up leftovers. Our family would love to stay here in the future. My kiddo loved the pool too much! Notes on stay: -Bring your own bath towels. We were only provided two for our group of three. Shampoos and soaps were included. -Make sure the washer lid is pushed all the way down. Laundry detergent was included. W/D is located behind the very first door on the left when walking in. -No recycling on-site -No extra blankets in the condo so bring your own -Hair dryers were included in each bathroom -Beach chairs and umbrellas were set up each morning and removed in the afternoon by staff -Pool was cleaned each day by staff -A coke vending machine was on the first floor -Parking was great (one of my big anxiety triggers) but the lot was big and we could park our F-150 just fine -Be up by 7 am to see the dolphins

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a good location but needs to have the ceiling repaired, carpet replaced and ac repaired before it is rented again. The popcorn ceiling falls off onto the floor, bed, couch etc. You vacuum up but there is always ceiling on the floor. There is a bad smell to the unit which is covered up by a plug in air freshener which is worse. The carpet is nasty dirty and in need of replacement. The ac unit could not keep up and subsequently failed 5 days into the stay. The property management was quick in response and moved us to a different unit which turned out to be an absolute blessing. When you compare the first unit to the second unit, we were horribly overcharged and believe we are due compensation. We believe this is not a new and unknown problem - it needs to be rectified before it is rented again.
