The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front condo is located on the fourth floor with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances. The living room has a sofabed for extra sleeping space. The dining room has a table to sit down to a home-cooked meal. With seating on this large patio, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectaculars view of the white, sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. This condo will quickly become your home away from home.

It was absolutely fantastic! The location was even better than expected and Marsha passed the pictures. The air conditioning was amazing all throughout the condo and so we stayed cool the whole time. Beach access was super easy and a prime location as there’s not a whole lot of traffic coming and going. Was our first time to Fort Walton Beach and we will definitely be going again!

Great Getaway

We found the condo just as it was advertised. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The only problems we found were the ice maker was broken which we didn't need and one receptacle in the kitchen didn't work. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Amazing Spring Break Vacay

This was by far one of the best condos we have rented that fits our needs 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms. It was clean, great oceanfront view you can hear the ocean from one of the bedrooms and the living room area. Nice kitchen area to cook and prepare meals. We got to see dolphins from the balcony. Overall very pleased with this condo.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. Right on the beach and out on Okaloosa Island so there was zero traffic noise. We stayed here the end of April during the week. There were not a lot of other people so again, it was very peaceful. Staying right on the ocean was amazing. We kept the doors open when we were there so we could hear the ocean and that’s all we heard. It’s on the fourth floor so it is an elevator ride down but the walk to the beach was short. Each condo had two chairs on the beach-we loved this and used them everyday. The condo itself was clean and stocked with only a couple necessities. We did have to drive out to find places to eat for supper but we didn’t mind this.

Family Vacation

30 + came and stayed at the Islander, i stayed in unit 4003 with my family, very spacious,clean unit, I didn't want to leave. 2 of the bedrooms were very large as were the baths, the smaller worked fine for the younger ones. Condo was equipped with everything you would need. Will definitley visit again, check in/out was a breeze. Nice grill patio area.Beach service was included, the chairs/umbrellas were reserved and up for us every morning . PERFECT

Great location to avoid huge crowds!

Great condo and loved the set up of the Islander. Parking and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Loved being on the beach and having an umbrella and chairs available daily. The condo overall was very nice and spacious with the best view from the living room/kitchen and master bedroom. I do believe they could leave an extra kitchen trash bag or two and a couple of extra dishwasher packets. A broom and dustpan would have been handy too just because I like to keep my floors clean especially with the sand. I purchased one and left it there. Other than those few things it was a great trip and a great condo. Sheets were clean and plenty of towels and washcloths.

Needs some work.

Evidence of some long needed maintenance. Air return vent was rusty. Air vents appeared to have mold on them and some on ceiling. master bath toilet needed new stopper/valve. New fridge but we had to basically take all packing out of it before we could use. However nice view, and mostly clean
