We love animals, but NO PETS in this home, please.

• Sunken stone surround hot tub for 7 with customized jets for the ultimate therapeutic massage experience. Ozone filtration system for a clean tub with lower chemical exposure for the health-conscious.
• A turf Bocce ball court serves as a dual-purpose space, with a putting green and corn hole boards also available.
• Downtown Black Mountain is easily accessible from the back patio gate with a keypad entry to make exploring a breeze.
• Two bikes are located on racks in the laundry room and are available for guest use.
• All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains/blinds to block out unwanted light and ensure a great night's sleep.

Please note: There is a lower-level apartment occasionally occupied by the owners. It is not a second vacation rental property. The owner's apartment has a separate driveway and entrance, and there are no shared spaces. There is an electric car charging station nearby at the Black Mountain Public Library. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fireplace, but guests can purchase bundles of wood at any local grocery store or convenience store.
