Disfruta de la piscina comunitaria y las canchas de tenis mientras te alojas en esta perfecta casa de tres dormitorios y dos ba��os ubicada en la tranquila comunidad de Beachside. Esta casa est�� muy cerca de la piscina, canchas de tenis y una caminata f��cil a la playa. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, con mesa de desayuno en la cocina. La sala de estar es una combinaci���n abierta de comedor y sala de estar con taburetes junto a la barra de la cocina. La sala de estar se abre a un porche cubierto con otra zona de comedor y luego a una terraza abierta con parrilla de gas. Este es un plano de planta dividido con 2 habitaciones secundarias en un lado con un ba��o compartido com�������n. En el lado opuesto de la casa está el dormitorio principal con baño privado que se abre al porche. WiFi, reproductor de Blue Ray, ducha al aire libre, solarium y porche filtrado. Parrilla y ropa de cama incluida. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Being able to walk 5 minutes to the beach made it perfect. Also, it was just a couple minute walk from the grocery store and restaurants. Easy to hop on the connector to Mt. Pleasant or Charleston. We definitely recommend it!

Love Isle of Palms

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect location for the pool and about a 5 min walk to the beach(make sure to have wagon to load everything in). The house is on a nice quiet culdesac away from all the street parking and crowds but, an easy walk to everything. The house has a nice screened in porch area and a grill if you want to cook out. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off before going inside. The house was clean and had plenty of towels. If you are looking for high end finishes and more modern furniture this is not the house for you. Furniture was comfortable but older. I was glad there were not “Knick knacks” all over that I had to hide so the kids didn’t play with them. This was why the house was good for a family with young children. Only complaint is I wish there had been more bath mats. Overall great house and vacation.
