This home is a haven for group gatherings, offering not one but two distinct living rooms. The first, adorned with a fireplace and plush sofa, sets the scene for intimate conversations. Meanwhile, the second boasts a cozy sectional and a TV, making it the ultimate spot for movie nights with loved ones.
Gather around the large dining table, where the spirit of togetherness comes alive with seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary playground, ensuring at-home meals and snacks are a breeze.
With three bedrooms, Conch Cottage promises a variety of sleeping options, ensuring everyone finds their perfect retreat. The primary bedroom features an attached ensuite bathroom – your personal oasis within this delightful coastal escape. The rec room and Bathroom 3 are located in the garage area and have separate entrances on the exterior of the house, providing additional privacy for those guests.

Located in Wild Dunes, your family will enjoy its 1,600 acres, two famous golf courses, miles of bike and walking trails, a day spa, 2 ½ miles of beach, and many different dining options! Best of all, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant!
Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.
*Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - The rec room and third bathroom are located in the garage area, each with separate entrances on the exterior of the house. - Guests must supply their own beach towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. - This property does not have access to a pool. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
*Parking Details:* - There are three parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

I was very impressed with the amenities supplied by the company at check-in. A lot of places claim to be vacation ready but do not even have pots/pan or dish soap; Avant had everything we needed and more. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from host was excellent.

Great place and location!
We loved the stay! Beautiful home, just as described and had everything we needed. We had some trouble getting into the community, the directions took us to a different entrance and the staff running the entrance was not very friendly or helpful.

Great stay in Isle of Palms
This is a lovely house only a few minutes walk to the beach. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, the rest of the house is elevated, as is the style of most of the beach houses on IOP. There's an elevator that goes from the lower, ground floor bedroom up to the main house, which is very cool and the kids loved. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.
