The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and ample closet space. It is separated by a sleek sliding door for added privacy.

The kitchen is a cook’s dream, fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and elegant granite countertops, complemented by a chic backsplash. There’s a small dining table for two, perfect for intimate meals.

The living room area is inviting, with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The private balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and mountains, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a bar cart setup for a delightful evening in, and air-conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable.

BUILDING AMENITIES - ZENITH
Zenith's common areas include a rooftop terrace with a pool, hydro massage tub, lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ, and fitness room. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop. Security is on-site 24/7, ensuring a safe and relaxing stay.

Neighborhood
The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.

- The common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The use of "Yeti thermos" is allowed in the pool.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.
