As you enter the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace—ideal for relaxing evenings. The living room also features a sleeper sofa and an arcade game for some extra entertainment. The adjacent dining room seats six, perfect for family meals.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. There's also a convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities on this floor. One of the main highlights is the screened-in deck, complete with a hot tub for unwinding.

The top floor houses a King bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a charming deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee while soaking in the views.

The bottom floor features a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom on this floor ensures everyone's comfort. There's also a kitchenette and a deck with a gas grill, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
