The Space:

As you walk inside, you are greeted by a welcoming entryway with ample storage for your gear and essentials. On the first level, you'll find the spacious secondary bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and dressers for additional storage. Conveniently located just outside the bedroom is a bathroom, providing easy access for guests.



Flowing through the entryway, you enter the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The adjacent dining area features a table that comfortably seats six, creating the perfect setting for family meals or entertaining friends. This space seamlessly connects to the open living room, with 20-foot high windows, where you'll be captivated by the amazing views of the ski resort and the majestic Rocky Mountains and a private balcony to further enjoy!



Continuing to the lofted area, you'll find a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for working remotely or catching up on emails. Upstairs, the primary bedroom awaits, featuring a queen-size bed, large windows that flood the room with natural light, and offer stunning views. The primary bedroom also includes an unattached bathroom for your convenience. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer located in the primary bedroom closet, making laundry during your stay a breeze.



The living room is designed for relaxation and comfort, boasting a gas fireplace and a smart TV for those cozy evenings after a day of adventure on the mountain. Whether you're unwinding with a good book or streaming your favorite show, this space is perfect for making lasting memories.



This vibrant community offers fantastic amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, gym and ski and bike lockers, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably sleeps four, making it the ideal retreat for your mountain getaway.

The building has an elevator to the unit, but there are stairs to get to the elevator and stairs within the unit.



This unit is not suitable for infants under 2 years old due to the open loft.



This home is equipped with a dedicated workspace, hair dryer, iron, gas fireplace, first aid kit, and more, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This area is always improving, and it's possible to hear construction noises. If you're sensitive to noise, please reach out to confirm for the dates of your stay. Please note, no parties are allowed. Additionally, amenities are controlled by a third-party HOA, and we cannot guarantee these during your stay. If amenities are important to you, please reach out for confirmation.



**Starting July 13th a chimney repair project is scheduled for the building that may produce additional noise, dust and the use of a boom lift around the building. The project timeline is dependent on materials delivery, so if you have questions, please reach out to our team and we can provide you the most recent updates from the HOA.

The fireplace is only available during ski season months; Amenities are controlled by the HOA and we cannot guarantee their availability during your stay.
