GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house is yours to enjoy! An access code will be provided the day before check in. We have plenty of parking. Enough for a boat too!

INTERACTON WITH GUESTS:
Self check-in is available for your stay. If you have questions or need assistance during your stay, the hosts are just a quick call away.

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No guns or weaponry of any type allowed on-premises
- No pets allowed
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. This includes loud music and noise within the 3-season room and outside. There are full-time residents in the area
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. Excessive noise outside and inside will not be tolerated.
- Additional guests on-site will need prior approval
- Absolutely no fireworks
- Do not leave any broken glass on the sandy beach
- Campfires are subject to drought conditions and DNR fire bans. All campfires must be fully extinguished when not attended
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur immediately

CANOE WAIVER:
- Guests must electronically sign a canoe waiver, regardless of using canoes. Check-in information will not be released until it's returned. No refunds will be granted for unreturned waiver.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The boat dock is available Memorial Day - October but is subject to change based on weather
- The beach is on a river and the beach conditions vary by season and water level. Because of this, the beach and dock may or may not be available during your stay
- Limit your speed on the driveway to 5 MPH
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- The indoor wood oven is not operational, just for decor.
- The 3-season room is only heated with an electric space heater. The heater works best when the outside temperature is above 32 degrees
- If there are any changes or adjustments to the change in occupancy of the booking please reach out to the Guest Contact or Evolve prior to arrival to add guests to the booking
- While the property does offer access to a private beach, a short walk from the cabin to access the beach is required approximately 200 yards
-Propane for the outdoor grill is provided.
-No jumping on the swinging futon
_Guest who stay in the October and November months may here noise from local duck hunters on the river
-Since this cabin is in the woods, you may experience pollen through the year and see common insects native to Wisconsin such as caterpillars, mosquitos, stink bugs, June bugs and others.
-Guests may purchase firewood from a vendor next to Holiday Shores

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Tidy up the cabin
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Remove all items from the beach
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
