Una espaciosa casa de cuatro dormitorios, 3. 5 baños, ubicada en Lincoln, NH. Esta casa ofrece un mobiliario encantador en todo y hará un retiro cómodo para cualquier vacación o escapada. Excellent Stay in Lincoln

Enjoyed our stay at Forest Ridge. Unit as described. Roomy unit for our 7 family members. Only drawback was limited parking, only two cars at unit.

Weekend in Lincoln

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful long weekend spent with family in the White Mountains. The condo was spacious, clean and conveniently located to all of the area's major attractions and restaurants. The swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) were a hit with the kids as well as the safety of the big cul-de-sac for playing and riding their scooters. Would highly recommend this condo and Forrest Ridge.

Beautiful home, well appointed

Our second year staying in this house. Kitchen has everything we needed, great space for being together. Close to everything you need. The only downside is the master bedroom mattress needs replacing- otherwise a perfect spot!

Family Getaway

The property was a perfect fit for our family configuration. With a long rainy day, the indoor pool proved priceless, although its being closed the second day(after specifically being assured it would be open) proved problematic for our two grandsons who were so excited to go back a second day given the rain.

Great location, large house.

Property managers were very attentive. Streaming services were not working the first night and it was fixed quickly the next day. Lots of space, large house and room to spread our. Kitchen is well stocked. Our only complaint, there is a large window in master bedroom without a shade, so it gets very bright in the morning, otherwise it was great.

Ladies Weekend

Every year, my friends, and I go up to New Hampshire for the weekend. We have been doing this for the last 40 years. The place we usually go to doubled their price. We found this place and we’re not disappointed the price was right and we had a great time, the only thing I would fix is a nicer pool Jacuzzi area.

Great condo and location!

We rented as part of a family reunion, and it worked out great. The ability to rent the other side of the townhouse, 115a was really helpful. Only 3 negatives: (1) There was no shade on the giant triangle window in the master, which meant the room was BRIGHT after the sun rose, (2) The trash can in the kitchen really needs to be larger, especially given how large the trash bags are, and (3) Unfortunately there was construction going on at other units on the cul de sac, with first saw-cuts at 6;58, far I early! Would definitely stay again, though!

Overall, good

The condo itself was perfect as far as size and proximity to the attractions we were in town for. However, the cleanliness of this property was not really acceptable. Master bathroom shower and tub both have significant amount of mold, 2 of the 4 toilets were not sealed, crumbs all over the kitchen and a dirty microwave. We should have reported it, so that is on us, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Overall, we had a good trip and would definitely come back again, I would just urge the property management to have the property cleaned to an acceptable standard.

There was plenty to do and the unit provided enough space for games and activities. Our only complaint was that the hot tub at the pool was not working and the TV remote was not working. We Had to use the buttons on the side of the TV. This is the second time we have stayed at Forest Ridge and hot tub was not working. This could be a deal breaker for future rentals as several of the girls were disappointed.

Unfortunately the indoor pool is not currently heated so they had only a very quick swim.I would stay in foredge ridge again but would pick a different block to avoid the construction

Forest Ridge 115 B Summer 2024

Reviewer Comments: I had a very nice experience. Loon Reservation Service met all my needs. They were accomodating, added us folding chairs and a folding table. They also provided extra towels for us. I found the house to be neat and clean. However, we wanted to use the homeowners vacuum cleaner and a bad smell was coming out of it. We saw that the canister was full of dirt and probably was not emptied in months! In addition, we felt that the garbage can in the kitchen was very small. It was half the size of a kitchen garbage bag. Considering that we used paper goods and the garbage dump was far away, this was something that should be changed.

Accommodations are just perfect for our extended families, and with the Indoor Pool open both days of our stay, our two grandsons had an even better time.AND, once again the friendly folks at Loon Reservation Services were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their interaction from my initial contact provided me with a true sense of "caring" on their part, which gave me confidence that our vacation home would meet our needs. Thank you so much!

Bathrooms were not cleaned properly and had to wash several kitchen items before using. Would prefer units just have a few pans and check them between guests. Couple of thoughts -- we ended up ok because we had one IKON passholder but guests should be told that the mountain sells out, so if we did not have the IKON pass we would have not been able to ski on the Saturday because we did not know to buy tickets in advance. Also silly as it sounds, would be helpful to have directions on how to work the remote to be able to use the TV. That was a source of frustration. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
