Esta espaciosa casa privada en el área de madera de haya de Loon Mountain es un lugar perfecto para su retiro en la montaña. Ingrese a un hall de entrada con el banco que quitar los zapatos y un armario para su arte al aire libre. A través del vestíbulo está el salón principal con TV de pantalla plana, cómodos asientos y aire acondicionado. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio de la sala de estar abierta a la envolvente de la cubierta con vista al bosque. El salón se abre a la sala de comedor y cocina. La cocina tiene contador abundante y espacio en el armario. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis con tres asientos adicionales disponibles en el mostrador de la cocina. De la cocina es un pasillo que conduce a la sala y 1/2 baño. Más allá de la zona de comedor y planta alta se encuentra el dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, aire acondicionado, pequeña terraza y baño privado. Desde el área de la cabeza de estar abajo a una segunda acogedora sala de estar con un sofá, aire acondicionado y televisión de pantalla plana más pequeña. Fuera de esta sala de estar hay dos dormitorios con un cuarto de baño y lavadero completo compartido entre ellos. Un dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas tamaño queen.

Great vacation spot

This location was just what we were looking for. A clean, cozy, base of operations for outdoor activities, hiking, biking or simply chilling at the river. Great location convenient to the Kangamangus Highway and downtown Lincoln and Woodstock shops. Enjoyed it immensely!

We didn’t interact with a host. It was a management company. The instructions were pretty generic to all of the properties. The kitchen was fine but the table only had 6 chairs and the house sleeps 8. The fridge froze a lot of our produce, even in the crisper. The house was overall comfortable and good for us. Location was fantastic,

Wonderful stay!

Weekend stay with my family. House was very clean and well appointed. VERY close to Loon Mountain. You can walk to and from. Had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Great house in great location!

So close to Loon and well maintained, lots of space, two car garage, gas fireplace, loft for kids to play board games, overall really glad we stayed here. Will definitely return!

Family Birthday Trip

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay on this property with our family of 8 and one dog. The home was extremely spacious, private, warm and clean. we loved the ability to cook dinner, store our gear, play games in front of the fire and easily access the mountain to snowboard. We loved how spacious the rooms were and would absolutely return. Thanks!

Epic Ski Holiday

The home sits high the hill right up the street from the Octagon Lodge at Loon and is walkable which we did most every day. The fire place is the center attraction and is the perfect place for us to unwind after a day of skiing. The furniture is comfortable and good for watching tv, reading or just staring at the fire. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room table is large enough for our group of eight. There is also an island with seating for three. The two car garage is a plus as we arrived in a snow storm. We really enjoyed the home. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.

So close to Loon

We needed 5 beds and this place had them and is very close to Loon (shame one of the blue shuttle buses doesn’t come by though) so you are going to have to drive and park to ski. Main room is spacious and the gas fireplace makes it cozy and warm. The large skylight window provides a nice view of the night sky and makes the mornings airy and bright. My group all enjoyed our stay!

I thought that the property was run down and in need of repairs. My husband had to tighten the kitchen sink facet because it was so loose I thought it was going to come off. The deck was so rough you wouldn’t want to walk without shoes, there were screens missing and caulking hanging off the windows. In addition there looked like black mold was growing. Overall it wasn’t what was projected in the photos or the price.

Thank you for your feedback on how we can assist the owners of this property on making future updates and upgrades, while then regrets this one did not make the usual Loon Condo Connection good grade. We will be sure the immediate items are attended to and schedule the others into the owners annual maintenance plans, (i.e. refinishing the deck).

House was extremely clean, the cleaners do a spectacular job! The house is very outdated and in some areas run down. The porch has some raised nails and the paint is chipping away. It could definitely use a paint job. Two of the three showers experienced some level of difficulty during our stay, but we were able to adjust to meet our needs. The other shower, in the master suite had old wood surrounding it, which had lost it's water seal and was exhibiting some severe water damage. The door to that shower is also not on a track, so we had to be extra careful. The living room furniture was well worn to the point of being relatively uncomfortable. The coffee maker did not work, so we were forced to improvise during our stay. We did appreciate the large refrigerator and built in ice maker, which was nice. Also the main floor air conditioner kept the room very comfortable during our trip. With some serious updates this home could be restored to its former beauty, but in the current state I would not stay here again.

Super psyched to see all the tvs but only the main one work. Oh well, we weren't there to watch tv. The loon reservation staff is the best. Every question answered and every concern taken care of. They are truly the best!!

Thanks again for for kind comments. It turned out that when the owner ordered the new cable boxes, the tech had to come out and do some rewiring to provide best service. That's all squared away.

Vacuum clogged; no refill bags. No offer to provide replacement vacuum. Had to change several light bulbs. Washer didn’t spin clothes thoroughly. Dryer hose disconnected. Repaired and still didn’t work! No grill. Very poor water pressure. No deck furniture! Slider lock broken. I did like that I could bring my dog!!!

Thank you for your comments. The owner has since sent up a set of new vacuum cleaner bags, the washer pressure issue has been corrected by a plumber, the dryer hose has been repaired, there is now deck furniture, the deck slider lock has been corrected and the whole area has had some landscaping done. Many more small items have been updated since your stay, and we'd love to have you visit again.

Beautiful home in a great location with plenty of space for large families!!!

This is a beautiful home that helped our family of 7 guests to enjoy our stay. The house has been well cared for by the Loon Reservation Service. They are very easy to communicate with and aim to please even though I had reserved via VRBO. Our stay was very comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and utensils. All appliances worked well and looked fairly new. The living room is very spacious for a large family to hang out with an open kitchen layout. The master bedroom has a beautiful Piano along with a nice fireplace and a comfortable bed. The loft balcony is good place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The master bathroom has a beautiful tub as well as a nice shower stall with a beautiful view. There is a bedroom with a bathroom next door in the 1st floor to enable elderly guests who would not want to navigate the stairs. The basement has 2 bedrooms that has space for 2 and 5 guests if necessary. The dart board is fun activity to engage the family. The wrap around deck is also good place to enjoy lunches in the summer months. Garage accommodates 2 cars easily. There are 3 bathrooms however we found the water pressure to be a bit weak. Wifi is very strong in the entire home. The Cable TV works well in the basement and living rooms with plenty of choices. Theere were plenty of Towels and bed linens were very clean. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!!!
