This home is a very clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet community with a lot of privacy. The home features are as described by the owner. We have stayed in the fall for several years and every stay has been delightful.

Absolutely perfect

Every year we do a guys trip to the White Mountains. This is the best place we’ve stayed yet. It’s clean and spacious and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Steve, the host is responsive and easy to work with. It was a great experience.

Beautiful home!

This lovely home was modern, clean, and had so many nice touches - abundant cookware in the kitchen, movies to watch, cozy seating, hampers in each bedroom. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute drive to Lincoln and its many shops and restaurants. Close to lots of great hiking too! Our host Steve was very responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

Wonderful stay!

This house was excellent and had everything we could possibly need. It’s in a very convenient location and the pool was right around the corner! Easy access to the wonderful things the White Mountains have to offer. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful condo in the White Mountains

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable in a great location close to all the activities in Lincoln. We had a little hiccup at check in but the owner is prompt to respond. We come often so this will be on our list of places to stay

Great Time

This property was excellent and spacious. It, and the surrounding area, provided activities for the entire family. We never once heard “I am bored” from the children. The entire condo is well stocked. It has everything you might need from cooking to playing games. It was nice to rent a condo that was in such good condition. The owner is very gracious and responsive. I highly recommend this rental. It was delightful for summer and I bet would be outstanding for Winter and skiing

Most Enjoyable Stay

Very quiet location...Home is clean and comfortable. well stocked cooking kitchen. No problems with check in or with any of the home. Between the pools and the stocked games, there is no time for children to be bored.

Could Not Have Been Better!

Absolutely as advertised—and even better in person! We were a group of 9, and the condo exceeded our expectations in every way. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and we never once felt crowded. The layout is designed to accommodate larger groups, with spacious common areas and enough privacy when needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, making group meals easy and enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the listing. The location was also fantastic—convenient to everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation!

Fantastic get away

We had two families staying here and loved every aspect of the property and experience! Everything you could need was there - kitchen items, towels, sheets, etc. Super quiet area, great pool facilities, and just a beautiful neighborhood. Steve was responsive and helpful when we had a bit of a learning curve with the thermostat. All in all, 5 stars, would 100% recommend.

Exceptional Home

Our family has been vacationing year-round for over 30 years in Lincoln/N. Woodstock, N.H. This home was exceptional in all respects. The communication and check-in process was flawless. The immaculate home is extremely spacious and includes a well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, towels, and linens for comfortable mattresses. It truly warrants a 5+ star rating in all categories and our 3 generation family hopes to stay here again.

We had stayed here previously and needed no contact with the Host. Gave a 5 star because all went so smoothly .No need to waste his time. Our time was cut short due to a family emergency. Lots of room and games and the children love the pool,

So pleased!

Loved staying at this townhouse! Host was responsive, proactive in communications, and welcoming. Property was clean, allowed everyone to have a lot of space, and provided so many home-away-from-home essentials like a stocked kitchen, gaming for the kiddos, plenty of towels. Would have liked a note about bringing dishwasher and laundry detergent, and more paper goods (there were 8 of us, so paper towels and toilet paper went quickly). But overall, it was an excellent experience!

Annual vacation in Lincoln

Loved this condo~! Clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. Nice towels, linens, pillows, etc. Very well stocked kitchen with nice cookware and knives. We appreciated the spice cabinet~! The deck overlooks the woods, so it was lovely to sit out there with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Quiet area (although there was construction happening in a neighboring unit….). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a few times. Would definitely rent this unit again!
