This cabin IS NOT in Jamestown, unlike the pinned location shows in VRBO. It is about a 25 minute drive from the center of Jamestown. Apparently it’s a VRBO issue, no fault to the host. The host was very communicative; gave clear check-in & checkout instructions. The hot tub was a great relaxing piece, the game room had a lot of options for everyone. Plenty of space in the cabin for 6 adults, the beds were comfortable, although the pull out couch kept tipping back when those guests laid their heads down. Overall great stay

From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. Steph was very accommodating and she extremely responsive. She made sure our stay was too notch. Communication was great

Great cabin

This is a beautiful place to stay with tons of amenities. We loved the cabin I do wish it was a different location though but they really can’t help that! We had a great experience and I hope to return one day.

We absolutely loved our stay! The communication and details provided by Stephanie was excellent. The beds are so comfortable and the cabin is stocked with all of the essentials! We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub and the new game room! Highly recommend!!!

There was a leaking split and went through bathroom ceiling. They did come out to clean clogged unit. Between the drones, crazy fireworks and kids constantly running motorbikes it was a little relaxing. The cabin was nice and layout of the property was good with the game room. I felt like we were staying in a high end campground. We were thinking it would be more quiet. We had to travel a minimum of an hour to do activities and eat out.

Fun and relaxing stay

The most wonderful stay ever! The cabin was beyond nice and the host/hostess may our stay very nice! Beautiful view, nice hot tub and burn pit with chairs surrounding the pit. A nice charcoal grill and the hostess provided the charcoal and told us we could contact her with any concerns or questions? It was the best place we have stayed before!

Fantastic spot to unwind and relax at Lake Cumberland. Spacious lots with river access and tons of amenities at the units themselves . Definitely would return!

The team that assisted me during the process answered my questions and concerns quickly and effectively. The cabin is beautiful and has alot of the little things I didn't pack like coffee and towels lol. I paid an upcharge but for it we got firewood which was great. We felt comfortable and at home ( away from home). The game room is brilliant and has a lot to do and it's very clean .. the cabin was also very clean and prepared for guests. The only negative is that there's no pool and since we traveled with 3 preteens I wished it had one but the hot tub was great for us all. It's a great place for a quiet couple get away and for families too .. I give it 5 stars though alll the way.

Everything was great except the pin location on VRBO is very misleading. The pin location on vrbo is in Jamestown and the actual location is 30min drive in the country. VRBO needs to fix this.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful new cabin and very peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our walks with our dog in the surrounding area. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed watching the dog play in the river at the boat ramp. Perfect cabin for 2 to 4 people with everything you need. The staff even brought us a bag of charcoal when we asked where to buy locally. Great people, great cabin, and great setting!

The new cabins are well thought out, close to the river with every amenity anybody could want. So nice they have thought of everything from coffee to qtips, I'm telling you everything! We can't wait to return to this beautiful scenic area of Kentucky. Thank you

Lake Cumberland Fishing Getaway

The cabin was neat, clean, and had everything we needed. I was surprised that the address listed in the posting was not the location of the cabin. The cabin is 20 to 30 minutes away from a lake access boat dock and any towns. Definitely take groceries.

Cabin on the River

I would have given 10 stars if possible. This cabin is fully stocked with anything and everything you need. Just pack clothes, stop for groceries as not much close by to grab a meal. Perfect for family or couples. Grounds are very family friendly. Highly recommend this cabin or any other offered by Cabins on the Cumberland.
