You will have access to three (3) Bedrooms, a large family room with a pull-out couch, 2.5 Bathrooms, full size Washer and Dryer and a three (3) person Sauna, in addition to a fully stocked kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house during the holidays. Barry was great at communicating and even had the house decorated for Christmas, which was extra special. The house was very cozy, had everything we needed, and the location was great - very close to rt 44 and the Middleboro rotary so you can get to any town in the area quick. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area!

A great family home, extremely well kept and comfortable (we were four adults and one child). All kitchen appliances and necessities provided, just like home. Unless you plan to eat out, need only bring your own food. Bathrooms clean (sauna was a treat) with all necessities. Bedrooms quite comfortable for a good night rest. Living/family room areas very spacious. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, it was quite relaxing and quiet at night. This place will be number one on of our list for future get-a-ways.

A Fantastic and Beautiful Home with a Gracious Host

We came up for a wedding. My family of 4 and brother in law's family attempted to find a hotel, however they were unreasonable. I found this house at the last minute and we could not ask for a better place. Our families are from the Brockton area and this location was perfect. I cant thank them enough for helping us out and look forward to staying there again when in the area.

Perfect for 4 adults

This lovely remodeled home was exactly what we needed for my 3 sisters and me. We were attending a family wedding and the location was close to the other family members. Town was easy to navigate and find things. The house is modern inside and the owners have taken care to have many amenities throughout, including a sauna and several TV's. The kitchen was easy to use and fully equipped. The bedrooms upstairs each have only a full size bed and would not be comfy for 2 people as they were against the wall. The master bedroom downstairs had a queen bed that accommodated 2 easily. There was what looked to be hide a bed sofa upstairs in an open family room type of space. The linens throughout looked brand new. You must be able to climb steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. It rained a lot but on a sunny day there was a deck to sit on and a good BBQ. We would stay here another time for sure.
