Fully renovated Village Green quad in a quiet section of Cape May. Comfortable family getaway with large granite island with counter seating. Has a window dining area for additional seating with views of the courtyard. The house has 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with outdoor shower. Close to the Coast Guard base and six blocks to the beach! Shaded backyard with seating area under the trees along with an outside screened in dining area! Perfect family retreat for summer or fall get away! Sleeps up to 7 people. Has beach chairs and four beach tags for use during your trip. Also has an outdoor gas grill and 2 Beach cruisers that can be used during your visit.

This is a great find close to beautiful beaches and everything Cape May has to offer. Home is spotless and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful week-long stay in Cape May! The home was very clean, the host was extremely communicative and made everything easy from start to finish, and we especially loved the outdoor setup. It was the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay at this charming beach home. Kelly was really easy to communicate with. The house was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Looked even better than in the photos. Everything is modern and updated. The outdoor space is just great, too. Would definitely recommend and are looking forward to a return visit.

Our family had a memorable week, and the house itself was one of the highlights of the trip. Any challenges we experienced were related to coordinating a large family group and had nothing to do with the property or the hosts. So many extremely thought touches.We would happily stay here again and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept home for a Cape May vacation.

We love Cape May, especially after Labor Day and have been going down at that time. Our stay in the quad owned by Kelly Tonia has to be the best rental we’ve tried yet and look forward to coming back. It is very accessible and super clean, well supplied and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, really cute decor and the outdoors is such a great place to hang out. Everything is supplied from linens to utensils, small appliances even bicycles, chairs and beach toys. The beach is only a few blocks away, shops not very far and so many great places to eat. We love taking in the sunset down at the point and trying to sight monarch butterflies during their migration south. This place is in such a quiet neighborhood and we really like that. Kelly is a superb host, always responding fast to any inquiry or need. We can’t say enough about staying here and recommended to family and friends.

Great property!

We were in town for our son’s graduation from Coast Guard boot camp so the location was perfect for us. Home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Three Day Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable beach house. The bikes were an added bonus and great for the teenagers to ride to the mall or to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay. Very clean, quiet, well appointed with nearly anything you could need. Coffee for the coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, etc. Having beach tags and especially the beach umbrella and chairs service at Trenton Beach was a convenient and thoughtful amenity. We also loved the backyard area—table, chairs, couch, grill, fairy lights, firepit. The only two notes are that the bike seats are high and are best for taller adults, and if you are using the sofabed, use the thick, comfy mattess located under the bunk beds in the second bedroom. Place it right on top of the pullout. The house also has a dedicated parking spot in a driveway in front of the front facing home of the quad. Kelly was helpful and responsive when we had a few small questions. As city visitors we loved being able to do laundry whenever needed—a luxury for us! Highly recommend for a family of 4-7 or 3-4 friends on a relaxing vacation.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway weekend

The rental processes was very easy and the property owner always responded to any questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet, it made our girl weekend perfect. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Rainy getaway

This little place was just perfect! From the cute decor to the cleanliness and the location. The inside and outside was very inviting. Unfortunately, we were there during a tropical storm so we didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities, but they would have been enjoyable.

Quiet clean and convenient to get to the beach!

This house was perfect for our small family but could have fit more of needed. Just a short drive from the beach, and in a very quiet neighborhood this house was perfect for our getaway. We were in Cape May for a family reunion but were glad to have our own space to escape to. Kelly is great to communicate with!

Home sweet home

My husband and I loved our stay at this cozy and immaculate quad. It was quiet, clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated and well-situated (easy walk to Ocean Ave.and the beach). Thank you Kelly for all your lovely touches which made it so homey and welcoming. We fell in love with Cape May and will always treasure the memories we made in our quint home on Ohio Ave.
