Beautiful fully renovated quad in Village Green

Fully renovated Village Green quad in a quiet section of Cape May. Comfortable family getaway with large granite island with counter seating. Has a window dining area for additional seating with views of the courtyard. The house has 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with outdoor shower. Close to the Coast Guard base and six blocks to the beach! Shaded backyard with seating area under the trees along with an outside screened in dining area! Perfect family retreat for summer or fall get away! Sleeps up to 7 people. Has beach chairs and four beach tags for use during your trip. Also has an outdoor gas grill and 2 Beach cruisers that can be used during your visit.

It’s a beautiful charming little property. It’s very quiet. The neighborhood is very peaceful. It’s also very close to the beach. Same time with easy access to a great spot. The house itself is beautiful inside and everything is updated. We brought our triplets who are almost 4, and are all the son who is almost 6. They actually all ended up staying in one room with a bunkbed. It was easy access to the beach, a very short drive to the main shopping area, and at the same time very quick to get to when coming across the bridge to Cape May. The outside is very relaxing. They have this wonderful gazebo with these strong fans the cool you off at the same time they keep the mosquitoes off you. The owners were very helpful and informative. They gave great tips for our stay to make it nicer, including giving us the best spots to go on the beach. I absolutely recommend. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great property!

We were in town for our son’s graduation from Coast Guard boot camp so the location was perfect for us. Home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Three Day Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable beach house. The bikes were an added bonus and great for the teenagers to ride to the mall or to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cape May getaway

The house was charming and clean. Close proximity to the beach and mall. Kelly was accessible and attentive to us throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

Rainy getaway

This little place was just perfect! From the cute decor to the cleanliness and the location. The inside and outside was very inviting. Unfortunately, we were there during a tropical storm so we didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities, but they would have been enjoyable.

Home sweet home

My husband and I loved our stay at this cozy and immaculate quad. It was quiet, clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated and well-situated (easy walk to Ocean Ave.and the beach). Thank you Kelly for all your lovely touches which made it so homey and welcoming. We fell in love with Cape May and will always treasure the memories we made in our quint home on Ohio Ave.

Quiet clean and convenient to get to the beach!

This house was perfect for our small family but could have fit more of needed. Just a short drive from the beach, and in a very quiet neighborhood this house was perfect for our getaway. We were in Cape May for a family reunion but were glad to have our own space to escape to. Kelly is great to communicate with!

Perfect place for a quiet getaway weekend

The rental processes was very easy and the property owner always responded to any questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet, it made our girl weekend perfect. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful cozy cottage

Never have stayed in this quiet part of Cape May and loved it! The house was so clean and cozy, very important to us since we had a 1 year old with us. Beautifully decorated and kitchen stocked with all you would need and all we really needed was our bedding. Beds were very comfortable and sofa bed even had a blow up mattress! Cozy shared courtyard backyard but you have your own space. Bikes and renters shed for easy storage during your stay. Hope to book again!

Love Cape May

Cottage was clean and in a great location. The only issue I have is that bed linens and towels were not provided. We have been renting through VRBO for nearly 20 years and that was a first. Overall a great experience!

Cozy, uber clean & Cape May-inspired!

We had a wonderful time! The home, while small, was perfect for our family of 5. The sofabed airmattress worked great for our 3rd (6' 2" ) son. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and we were able to cook several meals with the utensils, etc. provided. The decor is awesome. I loved the flipflops decorated chair. ;-) We especially loved the location, just blocks from the beach and not too close to all the typical Cape May 'madness' -- it's quiet and off the beaten path in a lovely, friendly neighborhood. The bikes and bike locks provided were perfect for our kids (my husband and I brought our own) and we just had one slight problem with bathroom shower drainage, for which Kelly provided successful troubleshooting tips nearly in realtime. We hope to be back again sometime and thank Kelly and her family for helping us have a fantastic stay!

Great rental.

Property was beautiful. 6 blocks from beach but easy walk with 3 kids. Quiet street. Location more residential which was nice for my family. Shops and activities at other end. Better to drive to shops and restaurants rather than walk if you have children. Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely rent this property again!! Wonderful stay!

Wonderful vacation in charming Cape May community

We had a fantastic stay right in Village Green. Kelly is a great host, and her place is well furnished, clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has so much character! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and we'd love to come back next year. Overall fabulous experience. Thank you!
