FAQs

☼ CITY REGULATIONS ☼

Per the City of Indio, Guests must adhere to the following:
- Guest must be 21 years or older
- Guest must sign a rental agreement
- Guest must adhere to quiet hours which are 9 pm - 8 am Monday to Thursday and 10 pm - 8 am Friday and Saturday
- Parking is restricted to the garage, driveway, and street parking in front of the house
- All trash must be contained in the provided trash containers and not in the public view

☼ SECURITY CAMERAS ☼

- There are ZERO cameras or recording devices of any kind located inside the property.
- The home came with five exterior security cameras.
- There is a camera facing the front door, driveway, and side yard.
- The cameras facing the backyard and RV yard are turned off and covered during your stay.

☼ MAINTENANCE SERVICES ☼

- The pool is cleaned twice a week, typically Monday and Thursday mornings.
- The landscaping is tended to once a week, typically Wednesday mornings.
- The home is on a routine maintenance schedule for pests.

☼ EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS ☼

If you are arriving early or would like extra time to decorate, ask us about our half-day add on for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule can accommodate it. If a guest is checking out that morning or we have scheduled maintenance, an early check-in might not be possible.

☼ POOL HEATING FEE ☼

Due to the high utility cost, we offer this amenity as an additional fee to keep the cost of accommodation lower for those who do not want it.
Pool heating up to 83 degrees is available October - April for $100/day and Spa heating up to 102 degrees is available for $35/day. Both must be for the duration of your stay and paid 48 hours prior to check-in.

There will be no refunds for weather-related or personal matters. Please protect your trip!
