PRIVATE SUITE: You'll have complete access to the separate suite located on the lower level, ensuring your utmost privacy. This includes a temperature-controlled 4 seasons room, gourmet kitchenette, living room, reading / work area, bedroom, & luxury bathroom.

OUTDOOR SPACES: The enchanting garden walkway is open for leisurely strolls or morning meditation. You're also free to relax or play in the spacious flat grass area, capturing the essence of outdoor tranquility.

PARKING: On-street parking is readily available and a short walk from your private suite. Please do not park in the driveway, as this space is reserved for the owner. Please take care not to park in front of the mailboxes, as this disrupts mail delivery - there are lines painted on the curb to designate the blocked area.

NOTE: The deck above the 4 seasons room is reserved for the main house. We kindly ask that you respect these boundaries to ensure privacy for all.

Conditioned for all-year comfort, this room sets the tone for ultimate leisure. Take some time to relax on the daybed to take in the garden view, enjoy a book, or watch the sunset over Yankton Trail Park. For those seeking rejuvenation, the state-of-the-art infrared sauna, complete with plush robes and complimentary Fiji water, awaits.

GOURMET KITCHENETTE: Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the modern aesthetics and top-notch finishes. Quartz countertops shimmer under the ambient lighting, while the hand-crafted custom stone backsplash adds a touch of artisanal elegance. Guests can make use of the full-size fridge, toaster and microwave ovens, and induction hot plate for all their cooking needs.

READING / WORKING AREA: Relax and unwind on our premium sofa, strategically placed before a rustic lime-washed wood-burning fireplace (unfortunately, the fireplace is ‘view only’ and cannot be operated). Have some work to get caught up on? A sizeable desk is available for your use.

BEDROOM: Designed for deep slumber, the bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed and blackout curtains. A walk-in closet with ample wooden hangers and an ironing board ensures that your wardrobe has its dedicated space, making unpacking a breeze.

DRIVING & PARKING: For those arriving by car, the neighborhood roads are wide, well-maintained, and easily navigable. Our property offers dedicated street parking spaces steps away from your suite, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
