We were very satisfied with this property. Hot tub was very nice. Had a nice pool though it was a little cool for us older folks to use this time of year. Nice quiet location near a major road without the crazy busyness of the islands but close to attractions we were interested in. There were a couple of small issues but communication with the host was quick. Not quite a perfect 10 but probably a 9.5. Beds were comfortable. There were no issues that would keep us from using it again.

No words in the dictionary to express this amazing yet affordable home.It lacked nothing!Felt like home right outta the gate!It's a 'must stay' kinda place!Far roomier then photos show. 4 huge bedrooms, no twin beds here! Full, queen and king!Impeccably clean and well maintained. My friend and I texted each other in a.m. From rooms rather then walk the stretch to talk ! 🤭Huge screened in pool area where Layla, my awesome travel cat, could be outside, safely .. 3 Big tvs, 2 comfy leather sofas...Cozy soft blankets for sofa...or bedroomsComfy mattresses..Spacious kitchen, ice maker...Plus David, the host was excellent at communicating if any issues arose or questions I had There you have it!I'll definitely return here This home and owner far exceeded our expectations!Thanks David for sharing your beautiful home!!Pamela

Great property

We absolutely fell in love with this house. It’s perfect. We stayed for a week. Everything that we needed was there and the kids loved the pool check in and check out. We’re both very easy and communication with the property. Owner was top-notch.

Kimberly house rental

Overall a good stay. Could have had an extra roll of toilet paper or two for as much as we paid. My husband cleaned dirt from the hot tub. Clean inside.

Spring break!! 2025

My husband and I booked this house with my daughter and son in law and 3 grandkids. We had the best time. We went to Sanibel to the beach , but the pool and hot tub was a blast for all of us. We cooked on the grill. Jets pizza will deliver and Publix grocery is just down the road. The house was clean and comfortable for us. Will book again for sure, owner was just a message away to answer any questions we had.

OK get-away

Location was very good. House was very roomy in a quiet neighborhood. Beach and golf courses near by. Host sent door code shortly before we arrived but there was no info for wi-fi or garage door code so had to call host for this info. Every other VRBO place we've rented had a booklet with all info needed. The promo for this place was "Pool and Hot Tub", hot tub wasn't working when we got there so host had to line up repair but didn't have use of hot tub for nearly 2 weeks of our 4 week stay. All patio doors to get out to pool and hot tub were either very sticky or didn't open at all. Keurig coffee maker wasn't working right (would only brew about a quarter cup no matter what size we selected) so my wife tried the vinegar cleaning but that didn't help so I called host and he told me to look up how to clean jets. I did that but that didn't work either so used the Mr Coffee maker which was fine but as a guest of this place I didn't think I should be the person trying to fix this. Overall we had a good stay and host was pleasant to talk with but thought place was over priced since we couldn't use hot tub for close to 2 weeks and the other things not working right.

This is a very nice house, spacious, clean, and comfortable, but there are some issues. First, the jacuzzi was broken, I realize this isn't something within the owner's control, but this was the main reason we picked this property. The listing also lists the yard as being fenced, it is not. The neighbors on either side have fences, but there is no fence at the back of the property or on one side at the front of the house. The property is pet friendly and we brought our dog with the expectation of a fenced yard for her to enjoy. Additionally, the house appears to have some plumbing issues, the master bath toilet makes a lot of noise while refilling and the master bath sink will actually stop working, like there are air pockets in the lines and when it starts flowing again the water is gray/discolored for a few seconds. Lastly, when you turn on the master bathroom exhaust fan the bedroom lamp (which has a switch on the cord) flickers even when turned off. Overall, we were happy with property, but the plumbing and electrical issues were concerning.

House is in good location, it was clean. Hot tub was not working so that was a bummer and wish we would have known before hand. Host was good about communication at first, did take a while to respond on one thing then other then that was good on communication. WIFI was not good worked but didn't work well. Tv always froze so was hard to watch anything.
