This centrally located home features a saltwater pool and a backyard oasis! Perfect for large groups, this home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with windows allowing for natural light, or room darkening shades to sleep inn and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The open concept living area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, and features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.

Relax by the pool or on the porch during you stay.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Beach getaway

This home and property was wonderful to stay in. Stayed with familiy and friends group vacation. The location was close to several small local restaurants, shops, and a very large and well-equipt playground for kids. The backyard has hanging bistro lighting over the pool and the front porch were both great to sit and catch up. the property had pool floaties and towels as well. The manager was very responsive; sending someone over to help clean out the pool immediately after we requested as debris from trees had fallen in from winds. There are train tracks nearby but not very bothersome at night. The kitchen was a great size to cook for multiple people and the kitchen and living room being connected were great again for hanging out on vacation and catching up! The bathrooms were very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.
