Life is Good at Beach Walk

Beach Walk is your ultimate “island vibe” beach house and perfect for the whole family! Your fun begins the moment you arrive. A tropical yard with plenty of palm trees - relax in the hot tub or take a dip in your private pool with waterfall, heated during cool months & chilled during the hot summer. No extra charge for heating or cooling. Game room with ping pong and foosball is a dream for kids and the occasional rainy day! Amenities include beach equipment, towels, fully stocked kitchen, and EV charger.

Just 1/2 block from the beach -- 3 to 5 minute walk!

Granite counters in the fully-stocked kitchen and a quiet dishwasher. The open concept living/dining area has plenty of seating to serve your gourmet meals. The deck is right off the dining area for easy access.

We provide beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and a beach wagon.

Free WIFI and all smart TVs.

Beach Walk's convenient, mid-island location lets you explore nearby shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and location attractions.

The garage is about 900 of the square footage listed with plenty of room to store fishing, surfing, and kiteboarding equipment.

Guests are communicating with the owner directly. Any questions you have are answered quickly. I am always happy to offer recommendations to my guests as they plan their trip to South Padre Island!

Great setup for a Guys fishing trip

Nice setup. Wish the two upstairs rooms had onsite bathrooms and the spiral stairs are definitely for the younger visitors! The garage setup is wonderful for playing some games and just hanging out. Pool and hot tub are niceAll and all a great managed property.

Great stay!!

The location was great and offered very easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool in the backyard was a ton of fun for all of us! The kitchen was well equipped, and we used it daily. We would definitely stay here again!

Mr Clean’s Tropical Oasis

Seldom am I left speechless when it comes to the condition of a vacation rental…but here I am in awe of how no detail was overlooked to guarantee the comfort and satisfaction of the guest, almost as if the property was prepped for a stay by the host’s immediate family. My family and I have high expectations for cleanliness which were not only met but far EXCEEDED.The decor was beachy in a very esthetically pleasing way.The furniture, beds and bedding were updated, clean and comfortable. The lush backyard was the perfect backdrop for the private heated pool and hot tub! The garage was stocked with beach accessories, towels, ping pong table and foosball table. Full size laundry and dish detergent provided in addition to sample size bath & beauty bars. The only thing left to mention was the warm and hospitable character of hosts, Mike & Bill who were always a text or call away. You can truly feel the love and effort that was put into every last detail. Many thanks for opening up your unique and exceptional home to our family where great memories were made!

A Family Vacation To Remember

Our blended family had an amazing vacation at the Beach Walk. The location was amazing but the house was the star (besides me for booking the Beach Walk!). There was nothing we didn’t lack! Mike and Bills attention to detail is amazing and so appreciative. Easy walk to the beach and a quick walk to replenish whatever we needed. Simply stated…. one of our best vacations and we will be back!!

Family Beach Vacation

The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was well stocked with the essentials in the kitchen, bathrooms and even for the beach. The owners provided beach toys, beach towels, wagons, and beach chairs for our use. The downstairs garage is converted to a game room that was suitable for our family with ping pong and fuseball. Mike and Bill were very accommodating and pleasant to work with throughout our stay and check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The walk to the public beach was only a couple minutes. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Perfect 10!

This VRBO is exactly as described. Mike & Bill have thought of absolutely everything! The walk to the beach was so short and they had all the things to bring with (wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels). The pool and hot tub were perfect for the too windy days for the beach.

Great Property!!

We were there for a girls trip in February. The house was clean, well stocked and very cute. It was in a safe neighborhood close to the beach and had all the amenities we were looking for. The hosts were great and very responsive!! Really a great property!

Perfect Family Getaway

Beach Walk was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Both families had plenty of room to spread out to enjoy morning coffee on the deck or have cocktails by the pool in the evening. If we are back in SPI, we would definitely stay here again. Mike and Bill are wonderful hosts that provided plenty of informative to make our stay easy and stress free.

Awesome house close to the beach

The house is beautiful, like on the pictures. Tons of stuff in the kitchen. A lot of beach gear: wagons, towels, chars, toys. Foosball was a blast with my teenage children, ping pong too. Swimming pool is always a great option to have for a summer vacation. Owners are super helpful and nice. Many thanks!

Beach walk

Super fun island. The property has a pool and a hot tub but we never used because we were out exploring. The house was perfect for us. More than enough room. The washer and dryer helped us pack light. We used the garage a couple nights to play ping pong before winding down. There’s a fridge down there. They have beach chairs, towels, and toys. The kitchen has all you need to cook but the food and some spices. We hit the beach every day and some mornings to see the sunrise. The owner answered the phone both times when I called and was super nice and helpful. If you go to south Padre, stay here

Laid back family getaway

Every single thing about this vacation home was easy. Central to everything on the island, and far enough away from the wild spring breakers. Our large family had a blast. The only downside was possibly the weather one evening was a little chilly coming from the beach, but the hosts even remedied that with the heated pool and hot tub! Literally everything you need to runaway to the beach. We will definitely book again! Thanks again to the hosts for such a needed beach getaway!

Beautiful home with awesome hot tub

Nice location, super home and great pool. Bill and mike are very accommodating. They let us check in early! A couple of things that would make this a little better would be a gas grill, coffee filters, a few spices. We had a great time playing pig pong and hanging out in the garage/game room. We would definitely stay there again. 👍❤️

Great time

Had a great family vacation. House was very clean and as advertised. The owners, Mike and Bill, could not have been nicer or more friendly to deal with. I would recommend any of their properties down there.
