Great stay!!

The location was great and offered very easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool in the backyard was a ton of fun for all of us! The kitchen was well equipped, and we used it daily. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Trip

The property is just a few blocks from the beach and the house has so much to offer. We loved staying there for Labor Day weekend and will make this an annual visit.

Bill and Mike have a beautiful home on SPI. Great location close to the beach. Pool and hot tub were amazing for the cooler days.

Fantastic vacation stay.

This is a fantastic place to spend some vacation. The owners are wonderful to work with, the house is comfortable, the beach is close and the hot tub and heated pool are fantastic. Lots of extra touches that really make it wonderful. I recommend this property to anyone visiting South Padre!

Great stay!

Absolutely enjoyed our time at this rental! Mike and Bill are excellent with communication and the home comfortably housed 6 adults and 2 kids. The pool and hottub worked as expected and we were just a short walk to the beach.

Best vacay for 2020

we had a gre great time, house was very cozy and had all the amenities oneould ask for in a home. Very clean and just steps away from the beach. Pool and spa was awesome!

Perfect relaxing vacation!

We loved this beach house! It is a beautiful place, even better than the pictures! It's a short walk the beach. We loved using the hot tube and pool at night. It was the perfect place for a wonderful beach vacation!

Winter Vacay

We loved everything about this house.. it felt like home.. location is great! Kitchen has ever type of cooking utensil you would want. We will definitely stay here again..

Great location, attentive ownera

I’ve never stayed in a rental with such a high level of attention from the owners. They were constantly available to make sure our stay was just right. Great location, fun layout, awesome pool and hot tub, very clean and well-maintained.

Great home and pool! Convenient location to beach and stores

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the private pool and backyard! Location can't be beat. Could walk to beach, dinner and bars. Not a concern for us, but there are lots of stairs.
