Included in your rental is a membership card providing access to the amenities available at Chamberlands Beach & Mountain Club. It is one of the most premier subdivisions at Lake Tahoe. See Amenity List Below. The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant and a casual grill.

When the snow starts to fall you are in the perfect location being just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres. With Ellis Peak sheltering the entire mountain from the high ridge winds no need to worry about “wind hold” at this mountain when everyone else is. Ever wanted to ride in a snowcat and get fresh tracks in the backcountry? Homewood Snowcat Adventures will get you access to 750 acres of terrain on the flanks of Ellis Peak, above the resort's traditional ski area boundary with a licensed guide! For those wanting to venture further Palisades Tahoe is a 13-minute drive away offering endless fun all year round.

1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 10.
2. The interior hot tub room is unavailable for renters/guest use.
3. Parking for 2 vehicles. Carport (1 vehicle). Shared parking lot (1 vehicle). Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. The electric BBQ is only available in the summer.
5. The gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
