Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Room cold, no heat, need new living room space curtains, sun blocks the TV view. Need darker curtains Balcony door squeak so loud bathroom lights has poor lighting, your skin looks green from the fluorescent lights, no counter space in bathroom for your items…. Place needs update…. But overall great views and friendly staff….

Beautiful place need attention. We had to eat in the dark as no light over table, few kitchen utensils, no hair dryer in one bathroom,towel exchange issue.

I would recommend

I stayed here for 3 nights with friends and had a great time. Despite some of the Google reviews making me nervous, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the listing was accurate. I will admit the cleaning could have been better – for example, the windows could have used a good cleaning, I found a stain on a towel, and there was no broom available. However, the view was beautiful, the apartment was very spacious, and the location was excellent!

Overall my stay was ok the place is outdated and only one elevator was working and it took forever to get to our floor then it was too full. Not enough utensils and pots were so old and all scraped up that you couldn’t use them. Coffee maker broke the second day we were here.

I really had a wonderful experience with this place. Beach view, location right on the beach. Not as crowed. Quiet and calm area. Helpful staff ..mini mart is on the property, which is highly convenient for small things, the stores are a bit aways. I think its smart to buy insurance, the furniture in the rooms are in their last legs. It would suck being charged for something that is already deteriorating. Bring your your own utensils, the ones there are limited. Lastly i have one gripe, the cleanliness wasnt the best, i constantly found hair through out the rooms and living area. It wasnt the best seeing, hair while brushing your teeth.

BEWARE! The pictures show a unit with a beautiful ocean view - even though I messaged the owner prior to booking to specifically ensure we would get that unit, still, we were put in a DIFFERENT unit! We couldn't believe it. Then we were told "sorry for the inconvenience" I really hope nobody else is hurt by this misrepresentation! On top of that, beware- there is almost nothing in the kitchen! No towels, no paper towels or napkins, no soap, no dish soap, no oil, not even salt and pepper. There is one pot, one pan, two bowls... its just sad. I hope the owner makes much needed changes, for your sake!

Great view, place wasn’t the best

Firstly, the room I was put in was very different than the one I was put in. I booked this place specifically because of the beach-facing balcony, but we were put in a room with the balcony to the left. Typically this wouldn’t be that big of an issue, but there was insane construction going on the entire trip making it impossible to enjoy being outside. Additionally, the AC was crazy loud to the point where we couldn’t have it on, the WiFi connection was AWFUL, there were literal cockroaches in the kitchen, and the front desk staff were unhelpful about any of it.

Not as pictured or advertised

We were not put in the unit that is advertised. The unit was dirty with mold in the bathroom and stained carpets. We tried addressing this with the front desk immediately and were told there is nothing they can do. There was no shampoo and conditioner and when we asked for additional blankets it took over 24 hours for them to arrive.We received no check in information in advance. Overall this was not a good lodging experience. Do not recommend this complex and management company.
