When entering the home you are greeted by a large open living room and natural sunlight and features a cupola ceiling with skylights and large windows overlooking the bay, large flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and the couch has a queen pull out bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a homecooked meal. From a crock-pot, kitchen aid mixer, blender, air fryer, wine glass opener, two ice makers in the freezer and Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard drip. Just bring your favorite coffee! There is a dining table set for 6 as well as the kitchen island which will seat 3. The master suite features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. The second bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo. Other great amenities include outdoor shower with hot and cold water, board games, playing cards, books, puzzles. Enjoy grilling your fresh catch of the day that you caught right on the dock and have dinner on the screened in porch overlooking the natural landscape of sand oaks and palms while the sun sets on the bay.
