Updated from top to bottom, this beautiful villa features an open main floor with new flooring, modern furnishings, and a bright, airy atmosphere. The living room includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open to a large private balcony overlooking the lagoon — perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen boasts updated cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, while the dining area seats 4 plus additional seating at the island.

Good

Condo was good overall. Definitely a lot of stairs to climb inside to get to each level but you’ll get your steps in! Check in process was sticky at first with our condo being double booked but it was sorted out at the end. Would book again.

Family Vacation

Great place for a small family vacation!! Unit has been updated, was super clean, plenty of room for everyone. The proximity to the beach and the extra beach equipment was great! Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay

The condo has everything you could want! Nicely updated home with plenty of room. Lovely deck and gas grill. Very short walk to the beach and one of the pools. The owners are very thoughtful providing beach chairs, a wagon and toys for the beach. This is a perfect place for family and friends!

Great location and amenities

Great location and amenities with two neighborhood pools, easy access to the beach and the shops, my only complaints being it wasn't cleaned thoroughly with wrappers and trash left from the previous guests and a very uncomfortable master bedroom mattress.

Lovely week!

Great location! Plenty of space for family of 4. Neighbors could be noisy at times but that's too be expected in a townhouse situation and a lot of steps to master bedroom so might keep that in mind if steps are an issue for you. Loved everything about the location, walked down the street a bit to get our bikes for the week, walked to the beach a few mornings for sunrise. Place was clean and had everything we needed!

Great vacation in Hilton Head

This was one of the easiest vacations...close to beach, shopping, restaurants and right on the trail! Condo was clean spacious and remodeled. Even has beach chairs! (No towels so bring your own.) We had a fabulous vacation!

Gorgeous location

This is a beautiful place, updated and comfortable. The large patio overlooking the grounds is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. It’s just a short walk to the beach and is a perfect location for shopping & dining. We would definitely stay here again.

I love staying in a remodel, master suite was the bomb! 2 king rooms and 1 with 2 full beds perfect way to go. Wasn’t warned about having to leave early because of paving, but just 2 1/2 hour early in check out day.

Perfect for a family

The Villa was just as described. Very comfortable, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. My family really enjoyed the villa, it was pretty spacious and had just the right amount of privacy. The suite on the top floor was very nice. I will rent it again when my family visits next time.

This place is completely up to date and after talking with the owner he is updating the updates. Definitely coming back. Our favorite so far after visiting the island for 12 years and staying at several other places

Fantastic Beach Home

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms are all nicely sized. The outside patio is beautiful! They even had beach chairs and a wagon to carry stuff to the beach for our use. The walk to the beach is easy and takes you to a part of the beach that wasn't too crowded. There are lots of things to do and places to eat very close to the condo. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Centrally located beach getaway

The property was perfect. Comfortable king size beds. TVs in each of four rooms. Deck off master was covered and pleasant. Grounds were natural and scenic. Deck off Kitchen area was comfortable and a tropical feel . Easy access to beach, bikes, restaurants and anything one wanted.

Ideal Spring Break Getaway

Easter getaway

Pros: Great property. Great location. Just across the street from the beach. Had everything we needed. Very nicely decorated and clean. Large tvs in each room. Enjoyed finding the crocodile and turtles each day. Cons: Pools are not heated if staying in the cooler months and beds are very hard. Would rent again, but would need a mattress topper.

Awesome Place!

Super clean, super fun spot. Outside of the villas looked questionable but the unit couldn't have been cleaner or nicer. Grounds were adequate and pools were nice. The location was great and we had the best time. Highly recommended!

Just Fabulous!

I have stayed at homes, condos and apartments all over the world for the last 30 years (way before Homeaway, etc) and this has got to be one of my favorite stays. Great location, comfy beds, quiet, well appointed kitchen, wonderful support from management, just perfect. Will return to stay again and again.
