The home features two beautifully appointed bedrooms - a king and a queen - ensuring a restful stay for up to four guests. The 1.5 baths include a luxurious clawfoot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Ferien Haus seamlessly blends historic charm with modern amenities. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Nespresso machine, relax in the brand new hot tub, or lounge in the spacious outdoor area complete with a hammock and games. The large, treed lot offers plenty of space to soak in the natural surroundings.
Located just a minute’s walk from downtown Fredericksburg, Ferien Haus offers the best of both worlds - a serene and private retreat that’s close to all the action. Whether you’re here for the local wineries, shopping, dining, or historical sites, everything is conveniently within reach.

Other Things to Note:
**Please Note: There is some recent active construction taking place around the home during daytime hours. Due to this construction, the driveway on the right side of the house will be temporarily gated off. However, there is another driveway available to park on the left side of the house. Entry to the property will be around the left side of the house, through the backyard to the back door. Please let us know if you have any questions!**
Also, we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, spa maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.
