Elbow Beach pool facilities will be open weekends starting May 1, and every day May 23 through the end of September 30.

Streaming TVs in 3 bedrooms, new kids bunkbeds in loft bedroom, new 6 person kitchen deck dining set, dishwasher, quilts & blankets, antique dressers, lamps & bedside tables, back master patio & rocker set, shelving & decor, beach wagon, and ultimate arcade game.
The 3rd floor, main level boasts an open-concept design, featuring a cozy kitchen, living area, 3rd bedroom loft, and a convenient powder room. Step outside to the spacious deck, perfect for soaking in the coastal breeze or hosting al fresco dinners.
With this reverse floorplan, you’ll find two sunlit bedroom suites on the 2nd floor, each with queen beds and a private bath and balconies. A centrally located laundry area and an additional closet space and antique dressers add convenience to the storage.
On the ground floor, enjoy the bonus of a garage renovated into a recreation room, ideal for unwinding after a day of beachside adventures or as a rainy day retreat.

Welcome to Summer Lovin! Discover the beauty of Kill Devil Hills from this 3-bedroom townhome. This awesome property features 3 floors of living space, sleeping for 7 with 2 queen beds, 1 full, 1 twin bed, and 2.5 bathrooms. 2 master bedrooms (queens) w/ ensuite baths, both with their own private patios and balconies.
Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, 3 decks, in-suite laundry, resort pool for the whole family with splash pad, shallows, lazy river, water slide, and club house with a fitness room. Kids can relax in the 3rd bedroom/loft with another futon for extra sleeping space. If that's not enough, the garage has been converted to the ultimate game room with arcade games, streaming TV w/ Xbox and games, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey! Beach access within a mile, close to restaurants, entertainment, Wright Brothers Memorial, sounds access, and all things OBX.
While we have started making updates, we also have plans to add more upgrades as we are able. We have added our own creature comforts that we want when we visit and make this feel like our home away from home.
As renters on vacations in our past, we would miss these creature comforts like a Kuerig, beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board, and umbrellas for your use. Coming soon - new additions for 2025! We leave these here for you to use just as we use when we are visiting and hope you enjoy the convenience.
We appreciate that you take care of these amenities while you visit and leave them in good working condition for the next guests.

Having a beach house was always our dream this is truly our happy place. We purchased this home and started to make it our own in June of 2024.
While we have started making updates, we also have plans to add more upgrades as we are able. We have added our own creature comforts that we want when we visit and make this feel like our home away from home.
We plan to keep making improvements (hopefully) that our guests like and enjoy! Our goal is to manage expectations and as we upgrade provide a pleasant experience with our property, one that is better than your typical hotel stay, and will keep our guests coming back to enjoy our place, OBX, and our next improvement for a relaxing experience every time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The resort style pool, zero-edge entry, splashpad, lazy river, waterside, cabanas, and volleyball court. Central to everything OBX. Close to the beach, the sound, fishing, shopping, food, fine restaurants, and all the fun OBX has to offer. It's not like your typical beach house where everyone is on the same floor. Our townhome is 3 floors with plenty of room for the family to spread out.
