Le encantará nuestra unidad recientemente renovada de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, 'hogar lejos del hogar' en Gulf Shores Plantation, el complejo vacacional familiar. Nuestra unidad tiene excelentes vistas de la playa de arena de azúcar y la nueva piscina al aire libre desde el balcón trasero y el campo de golf Kiva Dunes, canchas de tenis / baloncesto y la Bahía Bon Secur desde el porche delantero. Hay kilómetros de playa de arena blanca para disfrutar y, por supuesto, el Golfo de México.

The Plantation es un complejo privado grande, bellamente ajardinado, orientado a la familia ubicado en el Golfo, a solo 12 millas al oeste de la ciudad de Gulf Shores.

This is a nice little place to stay. However I would never plan to use the couch pull out bed. There is no room for that. The only issue we had was you can hear everything from the place above you. They had a young child that NEVER slept. It was running back and forth till after 10 pm and then back at it at 3am. The lack of sleep made my kids grouchy. I know the owner can't help this issue but it definitely wasn't fun.

Great place to stay for the week!

The condo was perfect for our families needs. It was very clean and decorated cutely. The proximity to the beach is excellent and the indoor pools were wonderful when you've been outside all day and wanted to be out of the sun.

Cozy Spot!

This was a nice little "getaway spot." The location was a little further from the nightlife than we thought it would be but enjoyed the peace and quiet. Other than property construction going on (not the host's fault) we thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were unable to sleep in due to the "beeping " equipment every morning/all day. Beautiful beach, nice restaurant on the property, enjoyed all of the amenities and host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again!

We had a great 7 day stay at the Plantation. Just enough space for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the beach and the pools.

Great Fort Morgan Family Vacation!

The owner was great to work with and we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, the unit was in superb condition, check in was very quick and we had a ton of amenities nearby while still being peaceful, away from the crowds of Gulf Shores. Kids loved use of exercise facility, indoor/outdoor pools and we walked the beach each morning and night. For me, the complimentary laundry was an added bonus and I’m thankful we just have to unpack when we get home! Ate at Sassy Bass on-site restaurant and it was really good! Also recommend Tacky Jacks and The Village Hideaway restaurants nearby. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay!!!

This condo was wonderful to stay in! The beds were comfy and very clean. Toiletries were provided for a few days and there were more than enough towels for everyone in my family. The property is located well in the community as it’s across from the big pool and right next to the indoor pool. The beach was beautiful as well! Everything at The Plantation was kept up well and everyone was so nice! We will definitely be back!!!

Review

The property had a lot of issues. Second bathroom was locked when we arrived and had to get maintenance on site to open. Ice maker didn't work the whole week were there. Slidibg glass door was broke,pull out bed covering was dirty, drains in tub were scrappy, screen door in the entrance door was broke, master bedroom window was disgusting and couldn't even look out of it, fans in the bathrooms made awful noise, master bedroom mattress needs replaced

Great Stay

Some of the stuff was a little outdated. A couple of the balcony chairs were broken, the sliding door handle was almost broken and it was difficult to open. The en suite bathroom tub drain was broken and wouldn't hold water (just meant only showers, no baths). I am only saying all this so you know the worst parts...weren't really that bad. Overall, it was a nice place, short walk across the parking lot and on the boardwalk to the beach. Nice area - lots of pools and a hot tub. We had a wonderful time!! The owner was easy to work with and helped make our arrival simple and easy to get into the condo. Besides the few things mentioned earlier - the condo was nice, cool, clean, and suited our needs perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! I would stay here again! The Royse Family

Great Area—Decent Condo

Beach was great, you can rent 2 chairs for $160 for the week. Only a short drive to Gulf Shores, make sure to stop at Beach Bum Coffee on the way! Also Island Wings was awesome! Condo wasn’t quite what we expected. After reading several reviews about how clean it was, we were somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness. The everyday things were clean, However it could use a little more TLC. Also you only get eight towels so if you are going with several people and plan to stay for long you will need to plan on washing towels. $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry.

Great vacation

Loved this place. Two separate bathrooms gave us the feeling of two different living spaces for those days you just want some extra quite time. Beach access very close. Overall great place will be returning next year.

Great Affordable Weekend away.

This is a recently updated, very smartly maintained condo in a very quiet area of Fort Morgan near Gulf Shores, AL. the Beach serves only the condo complex, plenty of pools. Some draconian authoritarian given license to insert their power over vacationers by the condo association wanted to threaten all the sun seekers to "social distance" with some harsh notes scattered about. But no one bothered us. I highly recommend the Grill at Kiva Dunes, The Pines Pizza, and a Ride on the Ferry which I had no idea existed. Made for a much better exit than driving back through Foley. We would love to go again. Fishing paradise between the Bay and the Gulf. Amazing Sunrises on the Bay and Moonrises on the Gulf.

New Year vacation

This property was clean and the kitchen reno was nice. My main disappointment was the view, we were looking for a direct beach front view. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, Comfy Stay

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Resort was quiet & safe. Parking lots & stairwells well lit. We especially enjoyed the lights on the tennis & pickleball courts. Nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Living room couch was comfortable. WiFi & tv worked great. Everything was in working condition. Reservation & Check in process was easy. Thank you for a nice stay.
