This third-floor condo offers lovely indirect views of the Gulf of Mexico and a comfortable, open layout that’s perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Located just steps from the shoreline and within easy walking distance to Gulf Shores’ popular restaurants and shops, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy it all.

This 3rd Floor Indirect Beachview Condo at the Gulf Village Condominiums sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, DVD player, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, gulf view balcony, and high-end cotton linens.

Beyond the beach, Gulf Village also offers excellent Little Lagoon access. Guests can enjoy a private fishing pier and scenic boardwalk just a short walk away through a separate gated entrance. The calm lagoon waters are perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing—providing a peaceful alternative to the Gulf while still enjoying the best of both waterfront worlds.

Spring Break 2023

Great location. Property manager easy to work with. Only complaint is the washer and dryer are aged and very small. Had to do multiple loads due to the size of the machines. Wish the pool was heated. They were working in the property while we were there but the workers were respectful of the tenants which was appreciated.

Overall the condo was nice. We had a constant problem with the toilet in the master bedroom clogging. The light over the entrance is burnt out. Also the walkway outside is very dark. outout.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the condo overall to be nice. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the toilet and lighting. We’ve made note of the plumbing issue in the master bathroom and the burnt-out entrance light, and we will be addressing both right away. We also appreciate your comment about the walkway being dark. We will share this with the building HOA so they can look into how to improve the lighting for the safety and comfort of guests. Nice for short people

Nice, but was listed as having a queen size bed but wasn't. Husband is 6'4 and sleeping on a full size bed is not comfortable. AC didnt work very well. Ceiling fan in living room is a hazard for anyone over 6 feet tall.
