Location & Transportation:
-- Lifts: 150 yards to the ski run. Guests can click on skis there and ski down to the lift
-- Town: 3.5 miles to Downtown Steamboat
-- Bus Stop: Closest bus stop is steps from the front door at the end of the parking lot
-- Hot Tub: Just out the front door of the condo & across the parking lot
-- Hiking & Biking Trails: Walk to hiking & biking trails on the ski mountain. A short ride to a paved bike path

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
-- Accessing the property: 1 flight of stairs from the carport to the front door. 1 flight of stairs from the entry/main level to the 2nd floor with bedrooms 1&2. 1 flight of stairs from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor with bedroom #3 and the loft bedroom.
-- Parking: 1 spot in our carport next to the condo. 1 spot in overflow parking across from the condo. We will provide parking passes.
-- Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. The condo is off of a well plowed, major road but when the snow is piling up, sometimes the plows take a bit to clear all streets & parking lots.

Minimum age to book: 25. All guests must be above 25 unless they are children of the booking party.

Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.

A $3500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Please note -- We know accidents may happen. We charge a required non-refundable fee, for all bookings of 29 nights or less, to cover any small damages and wear and tear that may have occurred during your stay. Damages caused by gross negligence or violation of the house rules are not covered by this fee. This fee will be charged through our Guest Experience software Enso Connect.
