All the comforts of home including TV, high speed WiFi streaming, AC, fully stocked kitchen, family games, beach chairs with umbrella, pool noodles, towels, gas grill and full size washer and dryer. The living room couch folds out into a queen size bed. Private two car garage with utility sink for your use.
Our Dahlia Villa is minutes from Gulf Coast Beaches, Naples 5th Avenue Dining and Shopping District, Naples Botanical Gardens, Historic Third Street South, Tin City and Naples Airport. We are 30 miles from Marco Island.
The Isles of Collier Preserve also has a private entrance into the Naples Pickleball Center, offering an additional 65 pickleball courts.
