Su búsqueda de su pequeño paraíso lejos de casa ha finalizado. ¡Disfruta de nuestra adorable y elegante casa costera de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños ubicada a minutos del corazón de Nápoles! Pase tranquilas tardes bañándose en la piscina, tomando el sol bajo una gran galería con mosquitero o leyendo un buen libro debajo del patio cubierto. Cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gran despensa. Amplio dormitorio principal con baño privado y vestidor. Manera circular con mucho estacionamiento y un garaje para 1 automóvil. ¡Este es nuestro precioso segundo hogar donde nuestros hijos hacen recuerdos de verano y queremos compartirlo con ustedes! ¡Sal de la nieve fría y pon los pies en la arena cálida frente a la puesta de sol más impresionante! ¡Sus bien portados miembros de la familia de perros peludos también son bienvenidos! Lo siento, no hay gatos por favor.

Holiday Stay

My family of 4 stayed for 8 days. The property manager was very accommodating with check in/out and helping get the pool temp up. The home served us in what we needed in a vacation home, a place cook, swim, sleep as we ventured out most of each day. I gave 3 stars due to a few reasons. The outside furniture needs completely changed out. It’s unusable and just old. We didn’t have lounge chairs to sunbathe. Very disappointing the lack of care to provide usable outside furnishings. Next, the owners shower door is 1 use away from falling apart. Could hardly slide the door. The bathroom itself was a very sub par Reno and just not nice at all. While using the shower, you had to have it on full heat and it still ran out in 10 minutes. Overall, you pay for what you get. The home worked for somebody using it to shower and sleep but know the home is old and not in great shape outside of the new kitchen. We did enjoy our stay but would not book again due to age and shape of the home.

60th birthday celebration

Felt like home. Comfortable, close proximity to everything. Quiet neighborhood. We relaxed in the pool, we bbq'ed, we ate out, went to the beach, mini golfed among so much more. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect Beach Retreat!

Our week long stay here was very enjoyable! The house was clean and comfortable and offered all the kitchen and household essentials we needed for our stay! The beds were very comfy, the pool was clean and refreshing and the beach decor inside and out was super cute! Owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all my inquiries. Home is centrally located to all things Naples and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful three weeks staying in Monique's house. Everything had been thought of, the house was comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Monique was so easy to contact and couldn't have been more helpful. We hope to be able to return in the future

Perfection

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. The pool. The back patio area…. Was just great. Our girls spent most of the time in the pool, we had dinner each night on the outside patio. Everything just was easy and comfortable! The host was very prompt with communication, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Perfect break from the Midwest weather!

Naples Beach house with a heated outdoor pool

This was a beautiful Naples Beach House with a heated outdoor pool. Monique was an excellent person to rent from. Everything in her pictures are exactly what the house looked like. Except for the cool/cold weather that we had, which she cannot control it was a very nice experience. She had the pool heated everyday which was a very big plus. I swam in the heated pool when it was 55 degrees outside. Without a heated pool it would have never been possible. This is my first experience renting through Vrbo & I was very happy with the rental property. Monique was very quick to respond to any of my concerns. Very easy to check in. I would definitely rent this property again. Hopefully with better weather. PJ from Michigan

Perfect getaway in Naples, FL

Our family of five stayed at this property over Christmas break and it was perfect! The house could easy accommodate a family up to 8 and was very clean. We drove to downtown Naples in less than 10 minutes and a few great beaches within 15 minutes. There is a Publix and a few good local restaurants within a couple minutes of driving. The owner Monique was wonderful and very responsive - our girls left their dolls in the trundle bed and she promised to mail them back to us asap. The absolute best thing about the property itself is the heated pool and lanai/patio area. We have rented many properties across Florida, and it is by far the largest outdoor space we have ever had - it is clean and beautifully decorated - we spent most of our week enjoying the sunshine outside. Thanks so much for sharing your home Monique!

Pictures don’t do it justice.

This was the perfect safe haven we needed for our Naples trip. The pictures don’t do this cute and clean home justice. Monique was so easy to communicate with, and she brings every needed accommodation to this property. It is perfectly situated to every Naples attraction, and we highly recommend booking this must stay property. If we are ever back in Naples, we know where we are staying!

Outside space is phenomenal!!

Property clean and beautifully decorated. Pool and outside area was a huge hit with the whole family. Found some wonderful local restaurants nearby. Loved being so close to so many beaches. We never went to the same beach twice! Monique was super easy to communicate with and she always responded to my questions quickly.

Decent Place but overpriced

There were positives and negatives to this house, but it is definitely overpriced. You can get a decent waterfront home for this price. Positives: good communication with host and nice location. However, there were several broken things that the hosts knew about beforehand, and you do NOT have access to the pool heater. And don’t even think about bathing your baby here, it’s basically impossible in the “combination shower/bath”. If it had been a cheaper place, I wouldn’t be as disappointed. But the house was cozy and we had a good time overall.

Fantastic Experience!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at this residence. We will definitely use it again and would recommend it to our friends and family. The location was within a short drive to the beach and the pool was an added treat after a hot day on the sand. All of the beds were very comfortable to sleep on and we were provided with all that we would need for a week's stay. Monique was amazing to work with and was a wonderful communicator. We are looking forward to our next booking with her!!

Cute, well kept, close to downtown.

This is a great little house on the convenient east side of Naples. Maybe eight minutes to get to downtown, with much less traffic than coming from the north, also easy access to the highway and everglades. House is clean, beds are very comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything you need for a holiday (kayak, beach chairs, ping pong table etc). Monique is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any requests or issues. We'll definitely stay at this house again.

post Christmas getaway

A perfect home for a family post Christmas beach vacation for 7. This home is well located near many beaches, stores and downtown Naples. We loved the screened in lanai with pool, dining area and comfortable seating area. The pool table and beach supplies were a definite plus. Monique was an excellent communicator. We definitely recommend this home!

We absolutely loved our stay! What a beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back again!!

Very easy check in, owner had quick excellent communication. Property was clean and cute. We enjoyed its pool and patio. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was loaded with all you could need. The owner was easy to reach and very kind. We would rent this property again. We absolutely loved it.

Relaxing family retreat

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy our holiday. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes drive to the beach and downtown. The owners have provided many extras such as beach chairs and umbrella that made the stay even better. They were very responsive to questions and helped when we needed them.

Staying out of the cold!

Loved your home! Just like all the other reviews, the lanai was absolutely wonderful. Loved hearing the birds sing in the morning and having the sun warm us up for the day! The house is exactly as stated on the website and was very well stocked for easy livIng while we were there. Conveniently located to any activities we wanted. Naples offers so much to do, so you can do as much or as little as you choose. Monique was wonderful, easy check in and check out. Would love to come again.

Our first VRBO experience......

Although we run an Airbnb space from our home on Cape Cod and have used Airbnb several times, this was our first VRBO experience-and our first long term stay in Naples. Selecting the proper home for our 3 week stay - clean; safe, quiet neighborhood; pet friendly; close to things we were interested in (beaches, golf, Naples Pier and 5th Ave, 1 hour drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva, 45 minutes to Marco Island)-was important as we were looking at properties. And this home was perfect for us. Spacious, screened in lanai, pool......felt like we were home. The owners were excellent hosts-thoughtful, considerate, great communication and eager to respond to any questions we had. Very much appreciated. If our travels take us to Naples again, we would definitely consider renting this property again. Thank you for a great stay!!!!
