This charming and spacious house is the perfect home base for your trip to Manteo. With 3 cozy bedrooms—featuring 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 full bed—along with 2 full baths, it offers plenty of space for families or groups. Enjoy modern comforts including heating, air conditioning, a full kitchen, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer. The tranquil setting is ideal for both short and long stays. Pet-friendly (see pet policy), this home also features a horse paddock, small barn, and fencing, making it perfect for horse families. Plus, it's just a short drive to the beach for added relaxation. The large back deck with a grill is perfect for outdoor dining, and the fenced backyard is great for pets. A garage is also available to store bikes or scooters for your convenience.

This was the perfect house for us! We live in Hatteras and took our boat up to Wanchese to run some trips in late August - there was space for all of us who work on the boat and then some for our guest leaders who helped us out. The layout is spectacular and there is so much space to spread out and relax or work! The back porch was our favorite place to relax every evening when we got back from the boat - the yard is spacious and fenced in for pets! The host and property manager communicated regularly and were available for anything we needed. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from Wanchese and a short drive to Maneto and Nags Head. The perfect place to get away!

Our stay was great as we always have a blast on the Outer banks. Our family of 5 has been coming here from 20 plus years. This house was in a very quiet neighborhood that was close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to bring our dogs this trip which this house for us all perfectly. It was fenced in and the dogs adjusted well. Only suggestions would be a door on the master bedroom bathroom. Also an outdoor water hose unless we just missed it. To maybe spray off the dogs as well as sandals or items coming from the beach. Other than that no complaints at all.

Absolutely beautiful home. Loved how many it can accommodate. However the cockroaches killed the whole trip. Then she wants to message me about a cleaning fee because we didnt strip the beds. Get outta here.

We had a great stay! We've been coming to the OBX for about 25 years, and have stayed at pretty much most locations in the area, but always off-peak or at the end of the season ( mid-september or March) This was our 1st during the peak season, and, with all the crowds, this was a perfect area to stay for that time. Family oriented house, quiet location and still very close to the main area and restaurants (15 minute drive away) ... better beach at Oregon Inlet area just a 10-15 minute drive away. the Pooch was happy with the spacious fenced back yard and our honorary pet who greeted us right after check-in (black cat we named Thanos, cuz he came to the door at the snap of a finger) was a welcome addition, and WELL FED and cared for during our stay. One criticism ( i don't believe it's the owner's issue, and is the fault of probably the website) is that the site states that Sheets and towels are not provided. We carried 2 separate bagd for linens and towels for both beds utilized. It was unnecessary... it was well provided for. Kitchen supplies also, for the pseudo chefs considering.... you'll be fine as the important things are all there.would definintely book again without hesitation......

We found out the day we were supposed to check (when we were on the drive up) in that the property was doublebooked. If we'd found out further in advance VRBO might have been able to find a comparable property for us to stay in; as it was, no other houses were available at such late notice. We ended up staying in a hotel which is not what we wanted or had planned for. Very dissatisfied.
