We had issues with the air conditioner and let Troy know. He had it fixed in a short time & it worked great! Troy was very quick to communicate! The house was clean and comfortable. It was great for four adults and two small kids to stay at while in town celebrating a family wedding.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental home in Smithfield, North Carolina. The location is convenient, with the outlet mall nearby and the new shopping center in Selma just a short drive away.The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The only item we noticed missing was a cutting board, which was a very minor inconvenience and certainly not something that affected our stay.The beds were comfortable, and the layout of the home worked especially well for our family. The only small drawback for us was that the bedding felt a bit warm, but that’s simply a personal preference and may not be an issue for others.Our dog loved the fenced-in backyard, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood and peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

The house was quite lovely and made our experience for our Family Reunion simply wonderful because it was spacious clean and closely located to where all the activities took place. I and my family would highly recommend home to others. Troy our host was kind and always reachable.

Very comfortable bedding. Plenty of room for a big family. Then kitchen is well equipped for cooking for the family too. Troy was very responsive whenever we needed anything. We will be returning, for sure.

House had everything needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked including coffee, paper towels, spices. The kids enjoyed the game room. Large TV in all rooms. Host was great with quick response time.

This stay was great for our special needs son in a wheelchair. It was easy to get him through the sliding door, and he had a ver comfortable stay in the game room with the twin sized cot. He didn’t have access to the rest of the house which is beautiful and has everything needed to be comfortable, and make full meals if you desire. But, the game room has sofas, a tv and bathroom, so we were able to hang out with him in there.

Fantastic

A nice home that was super clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Privacy fenced area with a patio and yard for your dog. Plenty of areas to walk your dog too. Host had treats, bags and a toy too. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies you could use. Nice coffee maker and coffee pods. We would most definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property plenty of room to spread out and relax or go out into the fence in yard and relaxing in North Carolina Sun. My grandson is Air Force and he managed to come for a day and a half but needed an iron to run over his uniform. Which we found in the closet everything that we needed was here. We were here to attend my granddaughter's wedding and after doing so we're going to fly home the weather turned terrible flights were grounded and delayed but Troy had no problem giving us additional nights when we needed them without any hassle at all. He was very helpful during our stay going above and beyond all expectations. Hope to come back and stay when visiting my granddaughter.
