Relax in this spacious 1 bedroom/1 bedroom newly remodled apartment. In the living room you can relax with your favorite shows on a 50" Smart TV. Log into your own streaming services to binge watch your favorite shows and movies.
Fully equipped kitchen for quick or full meals. Enjoy a cozy bedroom with full closet, king bed and comfy linens.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the apartment along with free parking in the complex lot.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in between historic neighborhoods Dundee and Blackstone. Each area has it's own personality and is brimming with cool local spots and great restaurants! Your new home away from home is walking distance to UNMC and essentials.
Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the whole city. UNMC and many errands and restaurant options are walkable. Close to city bus lines as well.
Other Things to Note:
Tip for the keypad lock: As you are entering the numbers in you need to hear a beep after each # entered. If you don't hear the beep, the number is not recognized. The keypad will go to "sleep" after not being used so the first button you push may "wake up" the pad and then you will need to re-enter the full code again to hear beeps after all the #'s.
There is a Laundry room in the basement floor with coin operated machines. The code to the laundry room door is 3080.

Our team prefers messaging with guests via the app however we are available by call/text with urgent issues.
