Enjoy the ocean breeze from this oceanfront, family-owned condo on your next vacation! This first floor unit is ideal for families with little ones with its fully furnished deck providing a relaxing view of the ocean and the fenced area perfect for playing.

It boasts walk-out beach access – just steps away from your deck – so you don't have to stress about lugging gear back and forth. Located on 125th street, this condo offers a quiet, family-friendly beach experience without the noise and crowds typical of the boardwalk beaches. Beach chairs are included in your rental. Umbrella rentals are available directly in front of beach access.

Fully furnished condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room and dining area.

Primary bedroom features a king bed with a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers one queen bed and a single bunk with trundle bed, providing space for up to 5. There is also a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room.

Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, dishware/flatware.

Close proximity to Northside Park makes walks and playground visits a breeze. A number of restaurants are also within walking distance, including Ocean City favorites Uber Bagel, Higgins Crab House, Tail Chasers, and Dumsers.

Includes one reserved parking spot. First come, first served additional “reserved” spot available as well. Abundant free street parking is also nearby!

What a fantastic experience! This is a perfect location for a family of 5 and the unit was even better than described. The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The patio walks out directly onto a relatively quiet portion of the beach. You can walk to many shops, restaurants, and a great park. The owners were very attentive and made sure that we had everything we could ever need. Don't look anywhere else for a quiet and relaxed trip to Ocean City!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, tastefully furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The linens, bath towels, and beach towels were provided. Upon our arrival, we found a goodie bag filled with supplies that we might need for the week-detergent, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing soap, bath soap, etc. (very thoughtful). The kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies needed. The outdoor space had plenty of room to relax and to enjoy meals. Although the condo is on the first floor, one can see the ocean from the beachside porch. One feature that I liked about this condo is that there are only six units in the building, so there was not much foot traffic. The best feature is the location-beachfront and only a minute’s walk to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. I found the owner’s to be quick to respond and they provided a book with helpful information about the condo and the area.

Lauren was great! Very responsive and helpful when we needed a couple of things. Condo was clean and the first floor access to the beach was perfect for our family. It was our first time to Ocean City, MD and we would gladly come back.

We had the best time staying here & would love to return for the future! Wonderful location with walk out to beach access. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/showers with full washer and dryer were a family favorite. We loved the full kitchen and your Keurig with the sunrise made for the best mornings. We appreciated all the communication, the detailed emails and welcome notebook & bag a it some house supplies, thank you. Highly recommend!

Great week in Ocean City

We had a great week staying in this condo. It had everything we needed. Being on the first floor was nice to just walk out of the patio and walk to the beach. This condo was close to a bunch of restaurants that we walked to a few days. If you have your own streaming stick or Roku bring it and you will have your own accounts stored. That's what I did.

Great place.

It was amazing. We loved the location the ease of getting to the beach. We loved this safe so very clean location. North OC is calm and feels safe and a slower pace!!!! Just what we needed. The outside of this condo is immaculate and well kept and taken care of. The owners are quick to response and very nice!

Walk Out Onto the Sand

This place is so convenient. I was able to walk out and set up the chairs and umbrella easily while my wife was watching the kids. Running the kids up to use the bathroom (especially in an emergency), take a nap, get a snack, etc. is so much easier than staying off the beach or bayside. They even have a little area out front were we can hang out on windy days and use a blow up pool. It is the perfect spot for families away from the boardwalk congestion.

This area of Ocean City is very quiet and peaceful. It's ideal for families, especially those with little ones, with its relaxed environment and proximity to Northside park. But there are still some great restaurants and fun activities within walking distance!

This unit's proximity to the beach can't be beat. Trips down to the beach are so much easier without parking and lugging your things for miles! And it's easy to run back up for a bathroom or lunch break. This location will spoil you for all future Ocean City trips!
