On Center Street you find a variety of amazing bars, restaurants, and shops all just 1 block away from your ocean front hangout.
This condo is perfect for a couples retreat or a small family beach vacation. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast. The living room features arm chairs and sleeper sofa. There is a dining nook as well. As you step into the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed, TV, and closet storage. The full bathroom will come supplied with our soaps and fresh towels.

Essentials: We provide a starter supply of coffee, toiletries, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags for your convenience. Numerous grocery stores are located nearby for any additional or preferred items you may need.
Hurricane/Weather Policy: In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.
House Policies: To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules: - No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited. - No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies. - Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions. - Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all. - Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure: Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location is perfect overlooking the beach with a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main drag. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect location for beach access and walkable to many restaurants and bars. A small grocery store is 1-2 easy blocks away. Inside the condo the king sized bed was comfortable and the host provided everything we needed for a stress free stay. This rental is perfect for an easy beach getaway. We will be back for another stay.

This was our first time at Folly Beach and it did not disappoint. Access to the beach couldn't have been more convenient and we were able to leave our vehicle parked due to everything being within short walking distance. Seriously, our vacation was a 10/10!! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay
The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.

Cozy beachfront condo!
We stayed 5 nights end of March to beginning of April. Weather was good. Rita's restaurant smoked food was the best we've tried. Views from the balcony were amazing. If you travel with pets that are clean and well behaved, this is the place for you.

Location Location Location
The perfect beach stay! Literal steps to the beach and a short walk to Center Street. The unit is great - has everything you need. Parking is very convenient but beware because you are right next to public access pathway someone may sneak in and park in your spot. The owners were very responsive when we let them know but ultimately we were able to resolve it on our own. We highly recommend.

Great Rental for a Fall Weekend!
We had a great stay during College of Charleston's Family Weekend. Downtown hotels were PRICEY and unavailable for the most part, Folly is an EASY drive and so pretty. The rental was the perfect size for us and our doggy. RIGHT on the beach and near our fave places, Bert's Market and Chico Feyo. The condo was small but efficient and had everything we needed for a short stay. When we first arrived we were a little overwhelmed by the smell of cleaning supplies but the owner was immediately responsive. The only other negative was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors (renters?) LOUD and clear, whether they were just walking around during the day (understandable) or arguing at night which was a little unnerving; but NOT our condo owner's fault, just keep in mind that the building is not very soundproof. Overall a great stay!

Perfect place for my dog and I
This location ended up being perfect for me and my 110 lb mastiff mix. The king size bed provided enough room for him to sprawl out. I brought my own blanket from home to lay over the bed. It’s a first level unit which was very convenient when taking multiple potty breaks throughout the day. It’s also an end unit so your part of the deck is private. I just moved one of the chairs to block it off but next time, I’ll probably bring a baby gate. The apartment was very clean and decorated very cute. Loved the crab wallpaper in the bathroom! Great water pressure on the shower and the detached shower handle made it easy to bathe the dog. The kitchen is very minimally stocked but we had everything we needed. There is a keurig as well as a coffee pot for fresh brew. The location is a short walk to the town and most of the restaurants accommodate your four legged friend. There’s a nice dog park 15min away at James Isalnd. Also you’re 25 min from Charleston which is always a nice visit.

We enjoyed the location and the esthetic of the condo was beautiful but if I’m being honest we’ve had our issues with your unit. I’m typically not the one to complain but with the amount of money we paid for this unit I think it’s worth letting you know. We had issues with the front door opening all the way, the floor near the front door is unleveled and causes the door to get jammed half way. The windows haven’t been cleaned for sometime, there was someone else’s washcloth on the bathroom floor that had been used, there was a live cockroach on our sheets in the bedroom closet, we had to take the top off of the toilet about 4 times to let the valve refill the bowl with water, the coffee table is completely wobbly and incapable of holding anything on top of it and there is mold on the plastic shower liner in the bathroom. Seeing all that, we took the liberty to clean the tub ourselves. We also assumed the windows could open but couldn’t manage to get them to open so we could hear the ocean at night. I’m telling you this bc I don’t want someone else to experience what we did. TBH, the rental agency that manages the condos next to yours seem to put more care into making sure the condos are clean and functional before someone stays in. I hope this information finds you well and you make it a priority to address the issues.
