The Space:
#StayInMyDistrict North bend Bungalow! This cozy single level home in downtown North bend is conveniently located to shopping, dining & local attractions. Newly remodeled with comfortable furnishings and stylish design with guests comfort in mind! The perfect home away from home while enjoying all that North bend and the coastal area has to offer.

Living area has a comfortable sofa with a pull out mattress. Additional seating and a Flat screen Smart TV set up for Roku internet streaming. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episode or reading a book!

Eating in is simple with the efficient & compact kitchen, complete with plenty of utensils, cookware, and dishes. Full size stainless appliances for preparing larger meals. Kitchen is stocked and includes a microwave, coffee maker and small appliances for your convenience. (NO Dishwasher). There is a 4 person dining table in the adjacent porch/dining area.

There is 1 King bedroom with high quality linens and pillows. There is closet space for guests personal items, end tables and bedside lamps.

Pack and Play is available onsite. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the Pack and Play for your stay.

Full bathroom with shower/bathtub combination for relaxing in a warm bath if desired! Essentials including quality linens, paper products, shampoo & conditioner, and a hairdryer for guest convenience.

There is a Washer & Dryer available for guest use in the basement. **You will need to go outside to access the exterior entrance to the washer & dryer.

The large private yard has soft grass for playing outdoor games and enjoying the space with a furry friend! There is comfortable seating and a gas fire pit for a fun evening around the fire. There is also a BBQ Grill that is available for guests use for your favorite grilled meals!

FREE parking in private driveway for up to 2 vehicles.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and the private yard. Reserved parking in driveway for (2) vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Our Home is located in the town of North Bend, Oregon. North Bend is located on the Southern Oregon Coast, with the entrance to the town being the famous McCullough Memorial Bridge. With access to the ocean, dunes, three lakes, and the Elliott State Forest, it is an outdoor adventurer’s dream. Bird watching, kayaking, water skiing, fishing, hiking, canoeing, boating, swimming, off-roading, and camping are among the many activities has to offer. Explore, adventure, and experience this one-of-a-kind convergence of nature. Nearby cities include Hauser, Winchester Bay, Reedsport, Gardiner, Lakeside, and Coos Bay.

This small town’s strategic location on the Coast reflects Oregon’s diverse terrain. Visitors of North Bend can experience all of the amazing things the Pacific Northwest offers in one place. The small downtown area is full of diverse restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment! For those seeking outdoor adventure, Lakeside might just have it all: the beautiful bay, large forests, and close proximity to the ocean. There’s enough to fill months, let alone a weekend getaway. Close out the day with a sunset picnic dinner on the beach, then tent or RV camp nearby and get ready for the next day’s adventure.

This small, unique fishing community is known for its charming downtown area, endless fishing, friendly merchants, lush state parks, beautiful beaches and a distinctly charismatic local community.

Getting Around:
A Car is highly recommended, but not necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into Eugene and making your way down the coast.

Other Things to Note:
We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~This property does NOT accept pets of any kind. Unauthorized pets brought into the property will result in a $250 penalty.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
PET POLICY
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable

We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager available for emergencies.
